RVLock Key Fob and RH Compact Keyless Entry Keypad, RV/5th Wheel Lock Accessories

Big fan of this, as it took maybe 10 minutes to install on our trailer. It was an easy, drop-in replacement that works very well. The fobs are overly sensitive, but we normally just use the pin code anyways. Its nice to have that extra security and convenience. I'd recommend it over some of the cheaper options.

Just installed this digital keypad lock today. Quite easy, read the instructions, completed in 20 minutes. Very pleased, solid, fitted into same hole as previous keyed only lock. Cheers.

I purchased the compact version, as seen in the pictures. My first thoughts at looking at the packaging/manual is that it is very proffessionaly built, with lots of concideration in the ease of use. The install went fairly straight forward on a Forest River super light. I was a little disapointed in the plastic handle on the inside, as the original was metal, with metal bolt screw, where as this has metal screws that go into a plastic sleeve that make there own tap. So you can only go so tight for fear of them stripping. And I am not sure how strong the plastic handle on the inside is, but time will tell. I will update this review if there's issues. You can also see in the pic's the difference on how the outside of the foam seal is tighter in the front/left as opposed to the right side where the keypad is. So I did a water test on the outside just to make sure the seal was doing it job... after removing it and inspecting, it was. It seemed to be dry inside. (And yes, the screws on the inside are as tight as they could get without stripping them.) The video instruction contradicts with the manual on how to change the default code. The manual is correct. The lock functions without a hitch, and yes, time will tell how long the battery's last. I will leave this review at 5 star's because everything is working as it should for now... and I will update if there's a change over time. It's a nice door handle and I like it, a good replacement over the OEM... but darn, now another key to carry around!

Way better than stock original. Installs easy and fast. About 15 minutes total. Works great and the autable touch and lock is reassuring. Pass code works reliably and looking forward to not carrying a key around campsites and trips. Not sure if we'll use the remote much but works well. The key functions smooth and im very happy with the convenience for the price.

Easy to install, program and use. Exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for!
