Excellent height, and material. I use these for pickleball to prevent heel spurs and tendinitis on the Keely’s heel. I use them in my sandals and boots too. The best quality ever.

Very comfortable

Works fairly well with helping me walk. I really need taller than 1" but if I did it definitely wouldn't stay in my canvas sneakers I wear, in every color. The shoe would slide off my heal. Sticky wore off understandably. I put double sided tape & it holds for the day. But after using everyday for a long period of time, it's starting to come apart, the little puffy beads are everywhere but I got my monies worth! Will order again.

Those didn’t last very long. I bought it twice and both times they cracked after only a couple weeks and those little gel pearls came off inside my shoes

These are just ok. I got these for cushioning and a little lift. They are a little too firm and don't always stay in place inside the shoes. I think they might work better with boots or a taller shoe, but that's not what I wanted them for.

These inserts are convenient for increasing your height or for if one leg is shorter than the other. They do feel kinda awkward at first and aren't really the most comfortable. But they do the job giving you a slight boost. All in all, decent quality for the price.
