Before I bought a roll, I skimmed through the reviews to see if anyone attempted using this product on an exterior front door, and had no luck. Everything I saw was indoors. Because it was a relatively good price, I took a chance. I had no trouble with the application at all, it was fairly easy in fact. I was hopeful that the material was going to be a little thicker and more durable than the peel and stick wallpaper you can buy in places like Lowes. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a little thicker than the wallpaper and that made this product much easier to apply. With the thinner peel and stick, touching sticky side to sticky side can be a nightmare to undo, and you can potentially leave wrinkles and even ruin entire pieces. But this product was not like that at all. This is much easier to manage. Has great adherence, which I was worried about because it was going to be applied to an exterior door, which by the way is an exterior door that will not ever get rained on. I probably wouldn't have considered using this product if it wasn't. Because it is under an overhang on my front porch, i was ok trying it. Over time, I'll be able to give a better review for how it holds up in different temperatures. It's was the 30s today, and after being in the cold for 10 hours, it's still adhering good, no issues so far. Total project from start to finish was around 2 hours, and that included taking the door off, removing the knob and lock, and then putting it all back together. Great product so far and it looks really good for what it is. Would recommend if you are looking for an alternative to painting your door with the wood grain finish paint. This looks very realistic, the paint does not.

I’m obsessed with this contact paper! We have the typical honey-orange 90s oak throughout our house, and instead of spending hundreds of dollars sanding and staining, I decided to give this a try. I used it on our stair ledge and entry shelf, and the transformation is amazing. It completely warmed up the space and looks so much more modern. The wood grain is realistic, it was easy to apply, and I could reposition it without ruining it. We’re installing new flooring with deeper brown tones to complement our original oak kitchen cabinets, and this was the perfect way to tie everything together until I eventually stain our trim, railing, and stair stringers. For less than $10, this made a huge impact. If you’re looking for an easy way to update dated orange oak without the mess or expense of refinishing, I highly recommend it. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves!

This product is really great. I was originally planning to cover my counter tops in this contact paper but I wasn't sure if I would have the patcience and how easily I'd be able to smooth it out. I've been really wanting a faux wood beam in my livingroom and luckily for me, I saw a reviewer photo that did just that. I decided to buy one of the mid size options and did the 110 inch beam between my living room and kitchen. The size of the roll was perfect for coverage. I did cut the roll twice and regret not cutting it into 3 sections because the area is tried to fold over ended up extra bubbly and messed up. I was able to patch most of the mistakes I made and I doubt anyone aside from myself would be able to point them out. One issue I've noticed is that even after smoothing sometimes parts of the contact paper will bubble. My house is 98 years old and has a lot of wonky stuff going on so it could just be that my walls are uneven but I'll have to go back and resmooth the whole thing tomorrow. On the other hand, it is pretty easy to pull up if you make a mistake. I probably wont be using this for my counter top because I'm a perfectionist when it comes to that stuff and I know I'll just get frustrated and give up. Im so glad I bought it for the beam though. Its definitely higher quality and thicker than standard clear contact paper but its definitely not wood either. Definitely worth a shot for your project. I cant stop staring at it

Easy to work with. Looks great. Wanted to cover the top of our coffee bar to help with wet stains. This was very easy to install and after a few months, is still holding strong on all of the corners.

I purchased this contact paper for my DIY faux fireplace project. I am so in love with the quality of this contact paper!! I love that it has a realistic feel of wood grain. It was easy to use and easy to cut. I was about to peel and re-stick without any issues. The pic I provided shows some bubbling, but that’s from the materials that this beautiful paper is covering. I would 10/10 recommend for small projects like these.

I’ve used quite a bit of contact paper to cover up some ugly counters in our old farmhouse. This stuff is the best so far. It sticks well and there’s rarely any bubbles. It’s not very easy to remove, but that’s a good thing for me. I want these babies stuck for good. The color and quality is what makes this the best. The colors are very realistic and there’s even a slight 3D look (like wood grain) that makes these far better than the rest. It really is worth buying this if you’re going to put in the work and effort to put contact paper on something anyways. I wish it were cheaper but I get why it’s not! Some products are expensive but shouldn’t be - this is not one of those. You really do pay for quality with this paper.

The wood design is really nice and looks great. Only issue is the stuff rips insanely easy, getting the bubbles out also doesn't work the way the directions tell you to.

This was perfect for my floor skirting that paired well with my Gerbür Verdi wooden floors from floor worlds. The sticker is great and can be re adjusted if you make mistakes, it has a nice light grain texture like wood and behind it has a grid to help cut in straight lines.

I researched many different contact papers to cover our outdated kitchen counter. This paper is thick and durable, much better than others I've bought on here (and returned) or from Temu. To apply it, I recommend using a sharp craft knife, a metal ruler, a small felt squeegee, and a hairdryer. Take your time with the application. I bought a roll wide enough to cover the counter in one piece from side to side. I carefully followed the existing countertop cuts, especially at the corners. I'm extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend this product.
