English boys from age six to twelve were stranded on an Island in the Pacific. A first they are nice. One boy whose name is never revealed, called Piggy meets Ralph. They find a Conch Shell and when they blow it; dozens of boys come from areas of the Island. Never saw movie nor knew much about the story but was aware of its “classic” lore. Goodings imagery and symbolism are outstanding. Dont’t give up on it as the dialogue bounces a bit in my opinion.
