Great for Ankle Sprains
I bought this on the second week recovering from a sprained ankle. Talk about supportive! I could walk 95% normal again. It will give you just a little height on the foot you place it on, which will throw off your gait and cause hip and glute pain. Add a thin insole in the opposite shoe and I’m sure it will be better.

Supportive - Not Restrictive
This product is great! My daughter rolled her ankle and has been using this product after healing and loves it. She plays basketball, volleyball, & softball and she moves just f in me with this on.

Very sturdy but cumbersome to put on and elastic too tight near toes
PRO: This is a great supportive brace to keep you from turning your ankle. However, it has a few major drawbacks for me. CONS: 1.) if your ankle is swollen, the design with elastic at the forefoot area is just too binding and restricts bloodflow 2.) it is very time-consuming to put on and thick to get into your shoe 3.) the sizing is difficult: I am women's 8.5-9 and the SMALL for W 8-10 seemed to fit fine except for the elastic near the toe area 4.) the strong Velcros have no where to attach them when removing the brace so they fall back and snag it unintentionally.

Me han funcionado super bien, cumplen con lo prometido.Me han ayudado a no torcerme los tobillos al jugar volley, me da mas seguridad al saltar y caer. Sí me permite hacer movimientos sin lastimarme.Nota importante:*si piensas comprar, ten en cuenta que vienen algo justos (reducidos). Así que compra una talla más grande de la que usas. (yo soy 25.5cm en pie mujer y compré talla M)*ya puestas, si hacen bulto! Osea que tienes que visualizar bien tu calzado con ellas puestas.. Ya que las tobilleras están compuestas por varias capas que protejen tu tobillo. Así que si usas un calzado muy justo, tal vez no entre el pie en tu calzado deportivo.
