Purchased 02/13/17. Worked well until 9/18/17 when the connector broke off inside my phone. It is not a good design since you have to bend the connector every time you put your phone in the case or remove your phone from the case. If you never have to remove the phone from the case it may last a long time. I loved it while it worked and just replaced it with another battery case that costs twice as much but, hopefully, will last a lot longer.

The first time I used this, I put my phone in and the 8 pin that goes into phone broke immediately. I do not recommend this case.

When i got it i was really excited to use it. After about 3 days of using it im having a hard time charging my phone and im having issues with it being too bulky as well. Looks like im heading back to the store to buy a new one

Loved it when it worked but, a month into this purchase the small lighting connector broke off inside my iPhone but not before it made a sparky noise when I removed my iPhone from the case. Luckily, my phone seems to be fine. I'll be asking for refund which I'm sure I won't get.

It works well. This is actually our second one. The first one stopped working at about 8 months, don't know why. We feel that spending under $20 so that we don't have to worry about the battery at all is worth it.
