Pure Authentic Siberian Altai Golden Mountains Shilajit Resin 100g 3.53oz - Measuring Spoon – Quality & Safety Certificate in Each Box

After some research I opted to try the shilajit from Siberia green, as I had products from them before and loved the quality. The Golden Mountain Shilajit arrived well packed next day, with lab certificate and a small scooping spoon, that could be a bit sturdier, yet it does the trick. This is my first experience with shilajit, I have taken liquid fulvic acid before and wanted to try it in its most natural form. On opening the 100g glass jar the resin is tar like and at room temperature slightly more viscous , the smell is very unfamiliar, smoky and slightly mysterious,inviting to me, a bit like lapsang tea. Dissolving a small amount, size of a large rice grain in warm water, I found it very pleasant to drink, I would have liked a second cup if not for the guidance to take small amounts. I experience an overall feeling of wellness and contentment taking this pure shilajit and a noticeable raise in a low background feeling of mild arousal, very pleasant. I will add to this review on taking it a bit longer, when the deeper body effects will show, so far I am very glad I found this product and go with my instinct to trust my choice.

"Met expectations" may sound like a meh review, but as nothing in years has in any way met my expectations, I'm really happy. I saw some errrrrr, improvements let's say, after just 2 days. Now a couple of weeks in, it's massively helped with digestion and energy levels. Not just energy, but motivation too. Early days but fingers crossed. How does it taste, that's easy. Like licking a rock that's been heated by the sun!

This is the third time I have ordered this brand of Shilajit,I can say this is the best I have used,and very fairly priced.

I must be weird as I like the taste. I replace one of my coffees for this bad boy.

I have tasted and used it. The product is less pungent than original i got in solid form and got it purified. Apart from that i would rate it expensive compared to quantity.

C'est un concentré de bienfaits. Je préfère cette forme en résine que les gélules. Il faut supporter l'amertume mais cela me convient très bien. Même si elle ne vient pas de l'Himalaya, je pense qu'elle est de qualité.
