Uso para estudiante.
La velocidad del procesador es adecuada sólo para estudiantes, ya que se calienta mucho la computadora si se pretenden realizar varias tareas a la vez. No es apta para transmisiones en vivo, e incluso en zoom o meet no soporta mucho el compartir pantalla.

I'm not buying any unknown name brand computer again.
First I bought a Chuwi HerobookPro 14.1" from Ebay and that died after one year and one month of light use. Chuwi told me that I'd have to send it to Hong Kong to be repaired. And then they stopped replying to my emails. Wouldn't sell me another one at a discounted price. What a joke.This Alldocube laptop worked good for two weeks. I was then prompted by Windows to upgrade to Windows 11. I upgraded, shut down and headed for the airport because I was leaving the US for a couple of months.When I got to Guyana the laptop wouldn't connect to the internet. After many attempts to manually connect it would connect and then disconnect in a minute or two. All other devices in the house had no problems connecting to the internet. Although I didn't want to because I felt that it was not the problem I rolled back Windows 11 and went back to Windows 10. I lost some programs then which I wouldn't be able to reinstall until I return to the US. So I was not in the best of moods. The laptop still wouldn't connect to the internet or dropped the connection quickly when it did.I contacted Amazon who gave me a link to contact the seller. The seller sent me a link to download all drivers for this laptop and told me to reinstall the OS and restore the drivers using DISM or DISM++. Since I hadn't the faintest idea how to do this I replied telling them this. I also told them that the touchpad and the spacebar were not sensitive in certain spots and wouldn't work when pressed there. They never replied back.I researched on the net how to fix this problem and I did several things, including uninstalling the network adapter and updating drivers. It is now working for the past couple of days but I sense that there are still problems. Yesterday all day it worked great but today it wouldn't connect until I manually connected. After connecting it isn't dropping as it did before. So we'll see. I have also noticed that the keyboard goes down and up when typing. I don't know how long before that gives problems too. For this review I had to go back several times and separate words because the spacebar didn't do it when pressed. Amazon told me that when I return to the US in a couple of months I would have the option to return it.So 1/ I am not buying any unknown name brand computer again. 2/ In the future I will time my purchases when I won't be traveling out of the country soon after so I can return the product if need be. 3/ I am not sure if I would be buying back computers online. I'm thinking it would be better to buy at a store near me.UPDATE: March 29, 2022, This laptop has been a pain every day. It keeps dropping the internet connection and when it connects the speed is very slow. From watching Youtube videos (with my phone btw) I reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 10 Home but even that did not help. I have come to the conclusion that the laptop's hardware has a fault since no software fix works. I will never buy from these people anymore.UPDATE 4/29/2022: This will be my last update on this laptop. I feel that the problem is hardware. It's a cheaply made computer and if you move away a little from the router the connection drops. I moved two different manufacturers smartphones, one smart TV and this laptop together, little by little away from the router and this laptop was the first to lose connection while the others were still fully strong. 12 ft away from the router and this laptop was already fading away. 15ft away and I couldn't get a reliable connection. The other devices were still going strong. I feel it's cheap hardware and bad design. Whatever it is I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

Touchpad stop working
Touchpad stop working today November 1 ,and I order this laptop October 11, so first it was nice looking laptop for price was really good , enough for internet browsing,but after couple weeks touchpad was not working perfectly and today it stop working,and not just stop but clicking by itself, switch page s and other.screen was working fine but keyboard and touchpad cheap crap

Update To Last Review
I purchased this computer last December 2021 and when I did, I received a card from Alldocube who offered me a two-year extended warranty in return for a good review. This is on top of the one-year warranty that comes with the purchase. The computer performed great for what I was using it for, so I gave them a good review. However, recently a small piece along the spine of the computer came off. I tried to contact Alldocube directly with no luck. I received zero response. Amazon help me by sending a correspondence on my behalf and again I received no response in the time frame Amazon asked me to wait so I chatted again with Amazon. They gave me the Alldocube email (which I already had) and also told me to try their Facebook page. Having received no response through their website I tried Facebook. Which just lead me having an impersonal and slightly rude conversation through messenger stating I had to go through Amazon. I explained they had told me to contact them directly but, needless to say, I went back through Amazon. While the seller did offer to replace the computer, they wanted me to ship mine back to them at my expense. I use this computer for work so I can't just 'return' it to them (and to another country) and wait for them to get around to sending me another. I argued that item was still under the original warranty, and I had a two-year extended warranty, and they should honor that at no cost.Their response: "No. The warranty is a year, per the amazon description, and the two-year extended warranty, for a good review. Neither states I have to pay for return shipping if there is an issue".My response was: "Nor does it state a consumer is responsible and the implied warranty of one year plus the two year extended warranty should cover all aspects of your product. "A product warranty acts a guarantee that the product performs" as stated for the duration. Which this has not. You have misled consumers by Not stating 'they are responsible for return shipping' if your product does not perform, or has a defect, during the time it is under warranty. And the fact that you are not honoring the warranty as it is stated is not saying much about your company, customer service or product"I have received no response sense sending the last message so I would advise anyone looking to purchase any Alldocube product to look elsewhere. While the computer itself works fine the customer service is by far some of the worst I have ever dealt with, and they mislead the consumer by not stating what falls under the warranties. In my opinion Amazon should do away with this seller all together. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great small laptop!!
So, I was skeptical that this laptop would not be what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised that it is pretty high quality for the price. Good build quality. Works perfectly for work on the go. I am an IT person that has to remote into other computers. This worked out great for that task. You are not going to be gaming on this for sure. For general stuff like web browsing, emails, lite office stuff it works just perfect . Some really good specs for the price. Nice that the SSD is changeable. All in all no complaints so far. I will update after 6 months of use and see.
