Capture dry rug and carpet cleaning product is the best that came along since sliced bread. I nearly had ruined my light color oriental wool rug with the conventional wet carpet cleaning method. I didn’t know that there is another way to clean a wool carpet which turned a the best way. I figured that I had nothing to lose and gave it a try. Not only are certain spots complete removed but to my surprise and delight the carpet is complete restored and looks beautiful again. I am completely sold on the Capture Pre- Mist and Capture dry Shampoo because cleaning them is so very effortless and the reward is pleasant!

This combination is fabulous!!!! I thought for sure my carpets had seen their better days, but after following directions thoroughly - my carpets came alive!!! All my friends say I am a "CLEAN FREEK", but no problem when you have a product like this to make a dreaded chore into an amazing difference!!! I did use a long-handle brush to scrub the product into the carpet- I am 80 & need a bit of assistance. This is a WINNER - don't hesitate to give it a try!!

Absorption of liquids, cleaning and good smell - all at once! Nice powder

My steam cleaner was unable to get some old stains out. Wear stains that are expected after 20 years. Then the cleaner broke and so I wanted a dry option since new floors are currently being saved for in the near future. None of them carpet! No carpet cleaner will be needed then and I won’t pay the crazy pro prices for a job I did for under$5 in a day 4x/year over the past 11 years using water, vinegar, oxiclean and essential oils. Not $750 for my house!! PER CLEAN. Whaatt??!? I am quite impressed at the ability to remove newer dirt (under 6 months) with about the same outcome as wet cleaning. I am able to get a heavy duty stain out on rare occasions of pet accidents using straight white vinegar and and old towel. My carpets are shades of white and a light gray room. I treated high traffic areas. I do not like the smell. I smells like waterpark hotel carpeted halls or a fresh porta-potty. I love the ease to clean sand the non-toxic powder. Overall: yes to clean carpets easily. Rugs for certain. No: to carpet in general as a preference with pets, allergies and not interested in replacing regularly. I just prefer hard floors with rugs. Note: this dry option is indeed higher priced per clean than the practically free option I preferred but the new steam cleaner is hundreds so it’s no longer the best option for me with no carpet coming soon. The powder is in fact WAY easier and more enjoyable than steam cleaning tho, money aside. I’d have both options available if I were planning to recarpet.

It does an okay job at cleaning carpets. It's certainly not as effective as a rug cleaning machine, but it does refresh the carpets pretty well.

I didn’t want to soak my carpet to the padding, but dirt happens. This cleans well, has a pleasant scent that doesn’t linger long, and dries quickly. Buy the spray and the dry Capture. I only need to spot clean, but I would still use this if I were cleaning a whole room.

This is the best. I have a Bissell shampooer it’s a pain for me to use because it’s so heavy.. When I came across the Capture carpet cleaner I was skeptical. I sprinkled a good amount on my carpet waited for about an hour, vacuumed my carpet is clean unbelievable. Will never use anything else. I’m happy I don’t have to deal with mixing solutions and water, pushing the heavy shampooer across my carpet.

I find this the best for carpet stains and well worth the price.

I have black carpets, so normally dirt and marks don't show up very well on the carpet at all. However the matted marks from high traffic areas turn an unsightly light grey. I bought this hoping i wouldn't have to buy or rent a carpet cleaner, as i really don't have the money for it. But in hindsight i would have just gotten a carpet cleaner. I used the powder in my bedroom, and it did, i will not lie, it did make it very obvious where some stains would have been if i had lighter coloured carpet, ( AKA the spew next to my bed when my partner got so drunk and decided to throw up on the floor, and THEN scoop it into the bucket. ), it clung to the stain and all my other carpet once i brushed it in. I vacuumed it up with little to no issue ( I have a Dyson V11 absolute/pro/thingy), but I was a little disappointed with how little really came up. The vomit are was much better, and the carpets felt lovely and smelt nice, but it didn’t get rid of my long set dirt and traffic sadly. I don’t exactly know what I was thinking to be honest, it is a dry chemical compound, I didn’t put a spray down either… All in all, I am going to buy a carpet cleaner, but I do not necessarily regret my decision buying this powder. I have learned that for what I want it wont do the job by itself, and who knows, maybe it’ll work much better with a vinegar spray over the top and then the carpet cleaner run over it too. P.S - i also tried this on 3 different upholstery thingos - couch, lounge and 2 different types of chairs - didn't see a difference :(

2年程使用していなかったカーペットを敷く為に当商品を使いました。 臭いも消えて綺麗になりました。 取説が英語だけでしたが、今の時代翻訳アプリもあるので問題無し。使い方は まずカーペットを希釈した洗剤で全体的に湿らす。次に本商品を付属のフルイに入れて パラパラと撒く。そして大きめのブラシで全体的にならす。この時ブラシでゴシゴシしない。30分程放置して掃除機で粉を吸い取る。 以上で作業は終了です。全体的にかかる時間は２時間位です。 購入して良かったです。
