Some of the best beef jerky i have had everyone in the family loves it. Only bad thing is it doesn't last long before everyone eats it all.

This is a great beef jerky if you want a reasonable amount of sodium and good protein. I like other jerky but it's way too salty to eat more than like once a week. You probably shouldn't eat this every day, but the sodium content is much better than other jerkies. The flavor is also great, kinda spicy but not too much.

This stuff is very easy to eat being soft and not stringy like most jerky. My problem is it is way too sweet for my taste. I love that it is lower sodium and it does not have a lot of crap in it but it is so sweet I can't really eat it.

Three stars out of courtesy to those who enjoy this 'style' of 'jerky,' but it's really not for me. Luckily the value/price makes this purchase not quite a total miss. This jerky is *incredibly* tender, almost to the point of being mushy. When I think of jerky, I expect something tough and chewy and takes a while to eat; think People's Choice 1.5-pound products. The jerky I like is heavily seasoned and and can be enjoyed for a short time, whereas this product is a bite, chew twice, and swallow kind of jerky. Moreover, when purchasing this product I didn't realize that for every 10 grams of protein, there's also 9 grams of sugar (10 grams total carbs)? It's not about the calorie count, but I do expect balance. The meat is truly sweet - along the lines of Terriyaki.

This jerky was tender, not dry at all. A nice big bag for a reasonable price, love it! Didn't last long at my house. Yum!

I was so excited to receive this order. I opened the package and right off, the smell concerned me. I grabbed a piece, inspected it and took a bite. The thoughts that came to mind " has a salami taste", " is that bologna flavor" . Next my son grabs a piece and immediately goes "it's soft" which was not what I expected. I've grabbed a few more pieces since, but have already ordered some Mountain America Jerky which is more to my liking. I'd suggest buying a smaller portion until your sure you like the flavor. The natural aspect is what attracted me, but the recipe is just not for me.
