Great braking and traction, terrible handling.
Had these for a few thousand miles and while their braking under both wet and dry conditions is simply outstanding, like running into a wall in the dry and their traction in both wet and dry is superb if in a straight line there are big problems. These tyres have unusually soft sidewalls which results in poor handling. Turn in is very vague compared to other tyres and at high speed car feels unusually twitchy. Further if forced to corner hard by circumstance tyres feel unsafe and that's in the dry as for the wet take care. Great braking and traction, everything elese worst tyres I've ever had.

Unglaublich gut!
Ein unglaublich guter Reifen. Ich fahre seit 40 Jahren Auto und muss sagen: so komfortabel bin ich noch nie gefahren. Ob auf trockener Fahrbahn oder auf nassem Untergrund, auch die Haftung und das Handling sind perfekt. Jeder Fahrsituation absolut gewachsen. Dabei leise und souverän. Ein echter Michelin, der den heutigen Verhältnissen Rechnung trägt!! Absolute Kaufempfehlung. Nachtrag am 07.12.2023: Auch unter winterlichen Bedingungen perfekt. Wurde in Süddeutschland durch einen Wintereinbruch überrascht und kann nun zweifelsfrei bestätigen: Guter Grip auch auf hohem Schnee und Eis. Einer für alles!! Nachtrag am 29.03.2025: Die Reifen haben jetzt eine Laufleistung von ziemlich genau 42.000 km. Die Eigenschaften bei normaler Fahrweise haben sich nicht spürbar verändert. Keine "unrunden" Geräusche durch z.B. Auswaschungen etc. Nach wie vor sehr ruhig und allen Witterungsverhältnissen gewachsen! Vor etwa 20.000 km habe ich die Räder von vorne auf hinten getauscht, um eine gleichmäßige Abnutzung während des Einatzes an einem Frontantriebler zu erreichen. Mit einer Profiltiefe von 3,8 mm auf allen Rädern, bei einem 400 Nm Motor bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Daher mein letztes Fazit: Der Crossclimate2 ist sein Geld in jeder Hinsicht wert. Eigenschaften und Laufleistung überzeugen zu 100%. Billiger geht immer. Besser scheinbar nicht!

Personalmente un buonissimo pneumatico, rispettato le mie aspettative, buona struttura rinforzata, sulla mia Toyota una delle migliori gomme di quelle di varie marche montate nei 400.000 km percosi.
