Trideer Yoga Ball for Exercise, Pregnancy, Exercise Ball, Pump Included

This yoga ball is the best quality ball I have owned. It has a really nice feel, you can tell it’s made of quality material. It’s dense , not flimsy at all. Comes with a pump and is very easy to inflate. I really like this brand. I have a smaller Pilates ball and like that as well.

I ordered three of these Trideer Exercise Ball Yoga Ball... in different sizes (L and XL) and colors (Black, Blush Dawn Pink and Rosy Morning Glow) for both my kids and myself, and we are very happy with them. They were very easy to install using the included pump, and everything needed was in the package, nothing was missing. One thing I really appreciated is that there was no noticeable smell. I am very sensitive to strong odors, so this was important to me. I used these exercise balls before, but had to give them up when we relocated, so I bought them again. They are sturdy, comfortable, and work great for exercise, sitting, and stretching. Definitely recommend buying!

really good exercise ball and it comes with an air inflatable manual machine. I weigh 162 lbs, 5 ft, and I am using this for my pregnancy exercise. I am 31 weeks pregnant. super good. I like how the material is rubber because it helps with friction and there's no way I can fall back or forward with thick strong rubber.

I’m 5’7 and got the large size, which ended up being perfect for my height. I used this ball a lot during my last trimester. I originally got it as a fun way to try to “induce” labor, but just to be real it didn’t magically put me into labor, even after bouncing on it and following pregnancy ball workouts for hours. That being said, it was still 100% worth it. It helped me stay active, stretch, and ease a lot of pregnancy discomfort, especially in my hips and lower back. It also felt really nice to sit on instead of a regular chair toward the end. It gave me good support while doing pregnancy ball workouts too. It came with a pump, which made setup easy. The ball itself feels sturdy, holds air well, and doesn’t feel unstable. I’d definitely recommend this if you’re pregnant and looking for something to help with movement and comfort, even if it doesn’t send you straight into labor like we all secretly hope 😂

Perfect. I'm in the 160lbs range, thick, and can still comfortably sit and move around on it. It's nice to exercise with or, if you're me and a child, bounce around silly. Main negative is how long the air inflation lasts: just sitting on it = have to re-air maybe every hour or so depending on your weight; using it for exercise/movement = have to re-air around every 30 minutes. Good value still.

This hits the spot on my lower back. I take a pain med for my lower spine and just got an epidural for L5/S1 area of my spine to relieve pain as Perkies even though brand don’t help as much as steroids. But here is the thing, stretching my entire spine really helps more than acetaminophen, naproxen, perky, and I tell you all this because let it sink in when I say that a ball like this has done more good for me than the meds I’ve taken and still take. How is that possible? Your guess is as good as mine. I do stretch but then I bounce up and down and my lower back and my entire back stretch out for the better because this ball gives me a full expansion of my chest, opens the lungs more and yes it helps with the back whether it’s upper, middle or lower. You can’t go to your doctor and say, “ Hey can you write me a prescription for a medicine ball or an exercise ball?!” Anyway, you may be buying it to get in better shape, expand your muscles for before or after a workout. We all use our glutes and back daily and we take it for granted and the value and ease of this product speaks for itself, you just have to tap into it, but it, use it, benefit from it and this thing could be $300 each and I wouldn’t change one word about how helpful and beneficial this is for the human body to utilize daily. I’ve had this ball for 6 years, it is my daily chair at my desk. This ball has never lost air on me by deflating, it is holding up very well, and I’m heavy weight! Seems like I can easily have it for 10 years. Very very good product.

It is a quality product that met our particular need for my wife's physical therapy. The only minor criticism is it is a little difficult to inflate. The pump they send is not efficient in inflating the ball. You better have your own electric pump.

Ball fits it's purpose perfectly. Used as a seat for a desk and for exercise. Pump is relatively small compared to the size of the ball so takes a while to pump up.

Good value for money but personally find it a little too soft (compared to AOK Mediball Pro).

When I pump air into a ball,it leaks a few moments later. there are small holes in it😕

This product is nicely designed. It has a stylish deer graphic logo on it, which adds to its cachet. Right out of the box, you are greeted with a very effective easy-to-use foot-pump, that absolutely minimizes the hassle of inflation that typical hand pumps would offer – this unit with the included foot pump was the easiest time I ever had inflating a Swiss Ball. I believe this product is designed to the minimum thickness standards to give it a “heavy duty” or “puncture-resistant” designation, but I will stress that these units will all likely fail if used in the presence of even a small chip of glass left on the floor from a broken wine glass or light bulb! I think a manufacturer would have to go up to a material like Kevlar for one of these Swiss Balls to be relatively puncture-proof, and I doubt they have created a Kevlar that can expand like this rubber can, nor would it be cost-efficient. So a word of warning – if you or your housemates are prone to breaking the occasional glass item and fail to completely vacuum or sweep up every little shard of glass, be prepared to order a new one of these, for this is what will bring you back down to Earth in an instant if you happen to place your new Swiss Ball on top of any small particle of glass and apply downward pressure (I bought this unit for a buddy who did just that – popped his previous Swiss Ball – and I found a few shards of glass around his work area afterwards, where he uses the Swiss Ball as a chair!). Also, I was unaware of this, but if you do manage to burst this product through the above-mentioned housekeeping negligence, especially if you are in the middle of doing flys or presses with dumbbells etc., there is a real possibility of doing injury to yourself if you experience a sudden bursting. And, again, I stress, this (bursting) is likely only to occur if any sharp item such as a small piece of broken glass, a stray sharp-pointed screw, etc., is left lurking on the floor proximal to your area of use. Otherwise, if you keep this unit stored out of direct sunlight and away from anything that could puncture it, it should last you many years.
