I don’t typically write a review but… this supplement taken with my 100mg of progesterone before bed has been a game changer. My brain feels calm when I wake up and the timing of that wake up has extended to about 5:30am. I still want to sleep longer — but there is no grogginess. And.. I can fall back asleep. It’s replacing the ashwaganda from the cortisol manager - and working much much better. My brain is happy.

While not dramatic, I have noticed meaningful memory support. Good product and competitive pricing.

I love this company because I’m really not a pill person—I don’t know if my throat is smaller than a lot of people but one time I had to call the fire department because I was choking on a supplement-but Deal supplements agree with me in quality and size—that’s why whenever I order one supplement of theirs I scrolled down to see what else do they offer—with their supplements I can take 2 with no problem and I have done my research and their standards are a high quality and that’s a plus—I would definitely recommend this company to anyone

This review is for the Deal Supplement Phosphatidylserine 400 mg. I opted for this version of Phosphatidylserine because it was made with Sunflower vs soy. While I don't have any allergies or other troubles that I know of with soy, I had read that the Sunflower version was generally the better choice if available. In addition, I have had good experiences with a couple of other Deal Supplement products I've used in the last few months so I felt it was a good product to try. My reason for buying was I had several nights sleep interrupted by suddenly waking up for no obvious reason. Web searching indicated I may have been experiencing sudden cortisol changes. The Phosphatidylserine can help to stabilize cortisol so thought I'd give it a try. So far I been taking one capsule (recommended dose is two) with my breakfast meal and haven't been waking as often for unknown reasons since I started with this product; about a month plus now. It will be a while before I'm confident this has solved my problems; but so far it seems to be working well. At this point I would certainly recommend the Deal Supplement Phosphatidylserine.

Works great to remove ADHD brain swirl where you know what to do but you can’t get your mind to pick it(if that makes sense) . If you combine it with high fat /low carb keto (20 net carbs or less a day) almost all my symptoms go away.

Great price, love this brand for so many supplements! My experience: I’ve had anxiety forever, very physical anxiety. I’ve known my cortisol has been high forever lol. Came across this by accident and decided to try. First night I took both pills before bed, to much! Kept me up. Then did one in AM one before bed. Seemed pretty good, I felt more calm and level headed. More steady energy. Wasn’t sure how much it was really doing. BUT. On Christmas Eve I was leading a few songs for my church, intense Christmas hymns! I was very anxious and took one of these an hour before the service. My anxiety went from 100 to maybe 20-25!!!! I couldn’t belive it! I was so calm?! Like I felt so confused because I just didn’t feel anxious. Praise God that He led me to this product! It works!!!

Started taking this a few years back after quite a bit of research. Originally, I was in search of a way to get off Ritalin (got tired of feeling too overstimulated)…yet still give me the needed benefits due to my extremely stressful line of work. First dosage made my stomach feel sour, so I stopped. Decided to try again about a week later after learning it’s a side effect when getting started (gotta start lower in dosage — somehow I missed that in research 😵). Gotta say I’m glad I did! It’s not a miracle pill and does take time to build (few days to weeks), but I can def tell it’s improved my short & long term memory, I noticed my anxiety was weirdly low, a bit more energy, no depression, and overall….feeling more optimistic about my workloads. Although I quit that stressful position, I knew this was a supplement I’d like to keep stocked since it’s not harmful for long term usage like some of the other supplements I was taking. It helps me to journal, research, read, and overall is good for my brain! I highly recommend researching more about this before trying it, but def worth considering it….even if you’d prefer another brand

This works for lowering the cortisol. It takes around 10-12 days but it works. One thing You need to do is work out the right dosage.

Bought for reducing cortisol (studies suggest 10-20% reduction) - cortisol levels were lower in my recent blood test, but cannot say for sure this was the cause. Capsules are small and easy to swallow which is a bonus.
