Good Product
I have tried other horsetail products, and this is the best one. Horsetail can be tricky, but I found that if I empty only one capsule into a fruit smoothie, it doesn’t irritate my stomach. I am starting to see an improvement in my hair, less shedding and new growth. When I was researching horsetail, it says it can cause loose stools and it is definitely doing that for me 😬, so I am going to start taking one pill every other day to see if that solves the problem. I also appreciate all the information provided since I have a problem with anything I eat from the sea, so I can only purchase products that let me know it is free of fish and crustaceans, (to include information letting me know whether or not it is processed in a plant that also processes these ingredients). If you are considering taking horsetail, I would definitely do my research and check with my doctor first before starting it. But I do believe this is a good product.

Not losing hair every time I brush
I bought this on the recommendation of a friend. I have very dry skin, and live in a place with lower humidity then I am acclimated for. When I started using this product, I noticed that less hair was in my comb. I have now started regrowing hair in spots that have been thinning for months if not years. I have not noticed a difference in my skin, but that might take longer to change, since I have had dry skin my whole life.

Made soft, splitting fingernails hard
This horsetail works really well. My fingernails were very soft and splitting. They're now hard and healthy. My hair also seems to be growing faster. I'm very pleased!
