I purchased one of the new ventless Washer/Dryer combination machines. It does the full cycle while I'm at work, including drying and opening the door afterwards so the rubber seal doesn't get all moldy. Anyway, I know longer needed the external vent so I used this cover after I cut the vent short.

This vent cover works great

Cap met my expectations and fit properly over the vent.

This fits true and easily. Since it does not have a rubbery ring to help keep it on, I taped across across the top to the wall to make sure it did not get pushed off the open dryer Vent. It works and is very easy to install.

Fit perfectly

Fit perfect! Well made was just what we were looking for. We closes a dry vent.

I used it to seal a dryer vent opening on the exterior of the house that is no longer being used.

Perfect for capping redundant 100mm vents e.g. decommissioned boiler flue, extractor vents. I used to cap off a redundant boiler flue projecting through a flat roof to avoid needing to repair roof. Perfect fit, secured with both adhesive and screw.
