I love to Bake & Gift Bread. I saw these & thought I’d order them. You get 2 sizes. The small one will hold a 2-3 cup of flour loaf. The bigger one a 3-4 cup loaf. These bags are so Nice , the fabric feels nice, the little drawstrings are sewn perfectly. They are washable too. It’s so nice to order something and have it exceed your expectations. I love these bread bags. Perfect sizes for my homemade breads and muffins. They are of excellent quality, very attractive and I appreciated the note of thanks for the purchase that was included. Also of note, came in a small box not oversized which is good for the enviroment. Very happy with this purchase. Have recommended to a fellow baker and she has ordered some as well. She had ordered from another company and was not satisfied. After seeing mine she immediately ordered them. Well done !

So happy to get these bread bags. Fresh home bread has no preservative but I was able to put my almost cooled bread in a cloth linen bag. Don’t hold moisture like plastic! I did not get washing instructions but I guess a cold or warm wash would be good. Love the look!

The bags came quickly and appear very sturdy and have a drawstring that looks like it will hold up. The linen is a coarse weave and the sizes are good for everything from small bread bowls to larger sourdough or artisan loaves- have not stored any bread in them yet so will report back on freshness once I can evaluate. For the price you get several bags of larger sizes which is what I needed.

We started making bread from freshly milled wheat. We didn't know what to store it in, so we purchased these. The bread turned out dry and crumbly. So disappointed. So use them for the hard crusted type breads you will probably be ok. Just not fluffy, fresh loaves. Material is great and can be used for other purposes.

Great option for reusable bags to put loafs, the smaller size easily fits a 1kg boule with room to spare and while I haven't tested it out yet the larger size appears ample for baguettes and batards. They were clean, no blemishes, both the bags and drawstrings feel solid and have had no issues or fears of fraying or tearing. I am using parchment paper to wrap loaves that have high fats or oils like the pesto loaf in to avoid direct contact and staining, so a focaccia or similar moist, oily bread will need something additional for storage if you want the bags to hold up. Makes for a decent background decoration for pictures as an added bonus. Adds a nice flair to a gifted loaf and doesn't produce the huge amount of waste plastic ones do. The bags in review pictures have a boule half the size of the loaf pictured for reference and help see scale.

I make all of my own bread. These bags are amazing. They keep everything from slicing loaves, to French bread, biscuits to tortillas fresh. Just let the bread cool on a wire rack first. Wrap in wax paper or a beeswax cloth and you can easily get 3-4 days of soft on the inside, crispy on the outside homemade bread, without using plastic.

I have used these for a couple weeks now and really like them. It keeps the bread “crusty “ (used for sourdough loaves) and does not soften the loaf up like some alternative products. I would recommend for anyone looking for this result.
