Om Mushroom Superfood Reishi Organic Mushroom Powder, 100 Servings, Organic Adaptogen Powder for Stress Relief and Immune Health

Many imported mushroom products contain heavy metals, and some Reishi products have added fillers. This product is high quality, grown in California, and priced right. I use Reishi daily in my coffee. It adds chocolate tones with minimal shroomy flavor. I have long covid, which increases inflammatory cytokines. Other mushroom products like Turkeytail activate the immune response partially by increasing pro-inflammatory cytokines. Reishi, on the other hand, is more balanced because it also increases anti-inflammatory cytokines, so I do not experience any elevation in my symptoms, even as it provides the same immune benefits along with helping to reduce stress.

I have been eating powder mushrooms by OM for quite awhile now. Reishi is one of my favorites. It's subtle and light - and really nice blended with coffee. I started to incorporate them into my diet for health reasons - I have Hashimto's and there all a lot of studies that indicate edible mushroom consumption is significantly associated with lower incidence of hypothyroidism. I tried mixed coffee products, mixed mushroom products and found them all to be expensive and not really tasty, sometimes stale tasting. So, I tried OM and started with Reishi, then bought their Chaga, Lion's Mane, and Cordycept's. They all tasted fresh and the packaging is simple and has low waste vibe. Now I just mix my own drinks, or use them to bake and I save lots of money by brewing up recipes I find online - at a fraction of the cost! Comparatively, the cost is competitive, but the product seems better to me.

Fantastic quality with this brand. I have allergic reactions to nearly everything and their reishi and turkey tail are the only mushrooms I don't have issues with. I know the product is well cared for without contaminants.

I have this before bed mixed with 1 tbsp nestle zero hot cocoa with 1 packet splenda. I have the best sleep ever from this, REM sleep. Melatonin doesn't work for me but this puts me into deep sleep where i feel energized in the morning. I also noticed I am calmer even on stressful days. It’s not the cheapest supplement but I think it’s worth it for the peace and nightly serenity it provides.

You can use this in yogurt, pancakes, mixed with peanut butter and chocolate over fruit - it’s a great mixable for added nutrition to your food.

Seems to be working well, I noticed that it is easy to mix into a smoothie and doesn't have anything unnecessary added to it for the ingredients. If you are looking for reishi, this is definitely a good option for a quality product.
