Are these adjustable?

No, they are not adjustable. I’m female and have a very small head. I wore this over a full wig and it still slid on me so I had to use some clips to hold it in place. But I’m so glad I stuck with it because the piece WAY EXCEEDED my expectations. It was spectacular and a true piece of art. I was THE HIT at every Halloween party I went to. Seriously, it “almost” got annoying because people kept stopping me and asking me about my head dress ;)

I recieved my order and the features looked burned and hard on the edges. Was it suppose to look like that?
