Comfy chair with Great customer service
Durability:I've had this chair for a few years now. It's held up really well, no sag in the mesh and the gas tube is still good.Comfort/Adjustment:The chair is able to lock in any position when it is reclined, which some other chairs are not capable of. The chair is very comfortable and promotes good posture. You can adjust the height of the back of the chair and the headrest angle. You can also adjust the arms up and down and swivel the armrests.Customer service:Over time, my chair developed a lean in the cushion whenever the chair was reclined (lean back in the chair and one of your butcheeks was lower than the other).I was able to get in touch with Sihoo support and they sent me a replacement part that fixed my issue. Their level of customer service is great. What i can gleam from the correspondence I had with them, they really seem to care about improving their products. Big thanks to Cindy and Yan for taking care of me.

The back does not lock into place.
Decent mid-range chair, but the backrest does not lock into place. I need it to lock higher. That was a major selling point and I may return it based on that.Easy to assemble although the drawings could use an upgrade. Mesh seat is comfortable. Leans back well and doesn't feel like I will flip myself out of it. Armrests don't seem to lock in the horizontal position, which is also problematic. I've only just assembled it and it feels slightly unlevel. The packaging was all dented, including the boxes inside the outer package.Overall, had it worked as advertised it would be a great office chair, but I will likely return it due to the unlevel issue and the backrest not locking in place. Disappointed.Update: I have repackaged the chair and am returning it today due to the issues listed above, but the final straw was the backrest getting stuck in the recline position. Just terrible all around.

Big Guys - This Chair is for us
I am 5'11", 340 lbs., and this chair is exactly what I was looking for.- You can lock the back in any position- You can move the back up and down so the lumbar is in the right spot- Seat feels a little stiff but is comfortable- Very solid metal base that wont bend under my weight- Very solid arms that adjust nicely- Headrest is adjustable to the right spot- I looked at a lot of chairs and had high hopes for this at the $360 price range. I feel it has delivered.- I think it was a mistake, but the box contained and extra set of wheels and piston, so I have backups lol.- I changed the wheels to roller blade style since I am on a mat over a thick carpet. I think the factory wheels look fine.

nice chair
got this to replace my cheap gaming chair and it's been super worth it.i'll start with the cons since theres only a few. the headrest is a silly design and no matter the angle it feels just a little awkward. and i do wish it could go just a bit lower.other than that it's great, seat is comfortable. my old chair got to be so uncomfortable that i had to sit on a pillow to make it not painful. ive had this one for about six months and it's never given me that problem. mesh is comfortable and the armrests are pretty alright. it also moves across the floor very smoothly and pretty quietly.i cant really remember if assembly was annoying but i think i'd remember if it was.for the price point, it's a really nice chair. never buying another gaming chair after experiencing what a nice office chair is like.

Very expensive but worth it?
Let me start by you don't need the chair. It is 100% a luxury and yes there are cheaper options BUT if you can afford this, get it. At first I didn't like how firm the seat cushion is but it quickly grew on me. The stock wheels are meh but does its job (you can swap it out with better wheels but not necessary since it works fine). The adjustment controls took me a bit of time to become figure out but I'm the type of person to just set it and forget it. It forces me to have better posture. Overall happy with the purchase. My wallet has a hole in it so ramen for me for the next few months.
