Best knives we’ve had
After getting fooled with “Japanese” knives that cost $600 but are $7 on Alibaba, I returned them all and got these. German steel. From Germany. Heavy and balanced nicely. So very sharp. And, just the right sizes for our kitchen. The block is nicely made as well.

Excellent German Knives and Classic Heirloom to pass on to the KIds
The Grand Prix set from Wushtof is the most amazing hand made German knives I have used. Always razor sharp and always ready for challenging cuts around the kitchen. I actually sharpen them maybe every 5 - 6 years, and then touch-up with the honing steel every so often to maintain a sharp edge.
