How long should I microwave this heated neck wrap to get warm?

120 seconds the first time. For non-carousel microwaves do the product for 60 sec. the very first time, then rotate it 180 degrees and microwave it another 60 sec. Lightly touch the product before use. If not hot enough, increase the heating cycle by 30 sec. DO NOT increase the heating time by more than 30 sec. at a time. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Hope this helps.

I want to order the unscented one, but now both offers are purple. Is one of the purple ones unscented?

Mine is purple and is unscientific. Don’t know about “both offers.” I love mine, especially when it’s cold outside. I’d heat mine up in the microwave as I started making my morning coffee, and it heated me up right away.

How do you clean this product?

There are no instructions for cleaning.

Is the gray one unscented? I have to have an unscented one!

The description on the site says it is unscented for the grey one. I bought the lavender and it was mildly scented.

Love, love this heating pad

It takes longer to heat in my microwave heating pads but it's the best one I've had previously. Excellent quality, stays in place, the neck portion hugs my neck, great coverage for shoulders and upper back; providing me with moist heat that lasts longer than my previous heating pads. It also has a very light pleasant scent. The material feels so luxurious on my skin. I now have to fight over it with the rest of my family lol. Might have to get them their own.
