A great quality product that works very well.

Like many things you buy something based on what you see and hear and many times its just not like that . However with this dust collector it is just like that! it works great! highly recommend, it keeps the work area clean and you are able to see what you are doing, really takes away sawdust and bits of wood flying around. Glad I made the purchase.

Easy to mount on the Dewalt compact router plunge base. Attach your shop vac's hose (may need an adapter -- it takes a small hose). Dust gets pulled down to the shopvac and stays out of your line of sight. Also stays out of your face and eyes and off of your benchtop. I wish I'd had this years ago! I'll use it every time now.

I was hesitant to get his because I was unsure of the fit, after seeing others stating and showing photos of this fitting their compact plunge base. I was happy to see that it fits perfectly.
