Does the wall charger work on 220 volts?

YES, your sigma 1 battery charger can be left connected to a 220V outlet. As long as the input voltage is between 100V and 240V, it will be able to recharge your car battery.

I need to charge my 1996 MR2 Japanese Model. I imported it from Japan. Will this work without removing the battery?

Thank you for your interest in HULKMAN's products. The Sigma 1 can charge your battery without removing it. Please make sure to confirm the type of your battery before selecting the charging mode, the Sigma 1 is suitable for a wide range of 6V/12V lead-acid batteries and 12V lithium batteries, charging batteries up to 32Ah and maintaining all battery capacity.

what is the best us to uk adapter plug fit for this product, for use in the uk.

Since it’s a two prong there is no ground. so you can use a standard US to UK adapter

Can this charge a battery that is at 0%? I hooked it up and selected 12v but nothing seems to happen?

I would try the 12v Repair mode instead of the normal 12v mode. I used thus mode for my motorcycle battery during the winter. This mode is also for older batteries. So this is probably the better mode if yo are at 0%. I'm not 100% on this but that is the route I would try. It takes 4 hours for the repair mode. Good luck.
