I found a gem of a business
Very pleased with this purchase. Cheese is finely grated, perfect for cooking. Fast delivery. Packaged well to prevent spoiling. Will most certainly use this business in the future.

Great Cheese at a Great Price, and Quality-Oriented Sellers.
This order couldn't have been better. The Grated Parmigiano Reggiano shipped the very next day in a sturdy plastic jar that was taped closed. This jar, and a gel cold-pack, were then put inside a small 9" x 9" x 7.5" foam ice chest (also taped shut) and finally the ice chest was placed inside a perfect-fit box for shipping. Just the packaging alone tells you they take pride in their product. The cheese is finely ground, and very smooth & creamy. I'm no expert on Parmigiano Reggiano, but this beats all of the ones I've tried from the local supermarkets. It's not nearly as salty, and the flavor is fantastic. I was fortunate to notice a 0.5" x 1" ungrated "sliver" of the original cheese block inside the jar. I tried it... then went diving into the jar trying to find more slivers. Found a couple of very small ones, but no more like the first one I found. I'll keep my eyes open for them as I use it, or I could simply order some in block form down the road. Great Cheese at a Great Price, IMHO. And the folks at Frank and Sal Italian Market could give shipping lessons to other sellers. Thanks, and very well done, My Friends.

An expensive indulgence
Whew! It sure isn't cheap but if you're using it for a special dish, go ahead and splurge. The taste is impeccable. Be careful! It goes bad very quickly. I take out very small amounts I use right away-within a day or two. The rest stays in the freezer until I use it. It can stay in the freezer for about 6 months.

Way too expensive
I can not believe how much this cost..outrageous. I apparently did not make myself aware of how much I would receive..it is NOT worth it. Will never buy from here again...
