Why is your price 20.00 more then Chirp web sites???

I also had a similar conversation with a representative from chirp. I placed 2 orders. The first was for the ultimate bundle and a base (an early access item) the bundle shipped and was supposedly delivered but there is no proof of delivery and I never got the package. The second was for a couple other early access items. All in total more than $400 in sales.

They flat out told me my only option is to pay $15 to ship a replacement order. If I refuse they cannot refund my order so I am out the money. What a scam. I canceled my remaining items and will never order from them again because of this. In my opinion this is a very poor way to run a business. Losing hundreds of dollars in sales over $15 in shipping is an odd way to operate.

They said I could file a claim with FedEx but only the shipper can file a claim. They also did not investigate immediately and made me wait 5 business days. Claiming the shipping company often marks packages delivered before they actually deliver them (this is bull, my husband is a UPS driver and we know many FedEx drivers. They absolutely do not do this) had the company contacted FedEx immediately we might have been able to figure out where my package was delivered. It was probably left at the wrong house but it's been over 2 weeks of dealing with the company so there is very little chance of finding it now.

I don't recommend buying from this company. They don't stand behind their products, shipments, warranties.

Question 2

Do the lager wheels work better for back pain than the smaller wheels. Have a 6 in now and debating on a bigger roller?

I only have the 6" wheel myself, so I'm not 100% sure, but I've read that the 6" wheel has the "deepest tissue massage effect". I would assume that means that the bigger ones may be better for those with more severe back pain, or those who want an "easier" experience. Again, I don't actually know for sure.

Question 3

Our chirp wheel cracked after nine months of use. Is it under warranty?

It is, they have a warranty form to fill out. Make sure you do it from a computer and not a phone. I've it break twice and the second time took almost a month to get it replaced.

Does the 4-pack come with a case?

I have the 3 pack. It did not come with a case. but they all fit inside each other for easy storage.
