Yes, I bought it for a large inflatable snowman but it wasnt powerful enough. Probably fine for a 4 foot one.

What in the minium dc volt operating range?

I'm using it at 6v and it is working perfectly for my purpose (Powered air respirator). Below 4.5v it struggles.

Works better than I thought it would.

Better airflow than I even expected. Neat product with it's variable controller. I plan on hard wiring the fan to an automatic controller of some kind but I'm retain the variable controller included for other projects - a nice little bonus.

very clever and useful design. relatively quiet fan with great control of fan speed and direction of air flow. i cannot speak to durability - but the two fans i purchased certainly feel (and sound) like they are good quality. certainly better than expected. and perfect for the project i have in mind. definitely recommend.

Perfect fan for Motorhome ammonia fridge. Keeps the coils nice and cool which drops the fridge temp by 3-5 degrees. Super quiet and the design lets you point the airflow in any direction you want!
