The product - Joules Welly rain boots are as cute as anything. I really wanted them and after reading customer reviews ordered U.S. size 6 ( they don't offer half sizes). What was shipped was U.S. size 5 and yes, I did verify my order size and even took a picture of the box label. Returned with an explanation and requested a reorder. The reorder arrived (box was damaged) and once again it was a U.S. 5.So: cute, appears well made; would like it in my size but am tired of shagging returns.
