I quit purchasing cross products after they started making everything in china. are these manufactured and assembled in the usa?

The pen is made in China, as is much of what we buy. I recently purchased a flagship Cross pen that retailed for $650. The pen body was made in China, and the nib was made in Japan. The pen is truly one of the writers I own. Manufacturing in China is the reality we can't change. If you are looking for a USA made fountain pen, good luck, there are very few. One thing I would remind you is that the pen has a two-year warranty, if you buy the pen and it is not right, get it in for repairs and keep sending it back until right. It may be a hassle, but that is the only way we have to make manufacturers produce quality stuff and hopefully in the USA.
