I want to paint few glass jars for a bathroom set, if it gets dirty is it possible to wash it ? Or the color it will come off ?

I used these to do my chalk painted mason jars - I used a cheaper makeup beauty blender for the second layer since the brush made the first layer come off - and spayed it with sealer. Works perfectly and they clean well!

I was planning on using this on my toilet seat lid. It is a hard plastic. If I sand it a bit, do you think it would work?

No. The people who are saying yes are not thinking this through. Toilet seats should not be painted with any kind of paint. It will stick, but when you scrub the seat to clean it, it will eventually come off like any paint. This is why things like toilet seats, bathtubs, the insides of sinks, etc., are not painted but enameled, or else made of material that is already colored (like colored plastic). Trust me--I have seen sinks and bathtubs painted in a strange Alaskan apartment complex. It is a bad idea.
