It seems like the reviews are mixed on these threads...here's my two cents:I do believe these Ace brand threads are as of good quality as any other, I had a few different brands purchased from Korean websites that I used at the same time & honestly they all seemed the same as far as needle sharpness, etc.I had a few that left the tail of the thread hanging out, but it was easy to snip & massage the end back into my skin. If you are doing your lips, I would HIGHLY recommend making sure you are super hydrated beforehand. Drink a ton of water the night before & slather your lips in vaseline etc (obviously remove the vaseline before doing threads).Using gloved hands or sanitized fingertips, make sure the thread is tight at the end (between the needle tip & stopper), you may need to pull it down a little. If its looped, it won't go in correctly.Also, if you make a mistake, throw that thread away & start fresh. I reused one that I had taken out to reposition & it got infected (looked like a big pimple for a week). Lessson learned!You will feel these kind of weird prickly/electric shock sensations for a few days after you insert threads. The worst part for me was my lips. Just try to avoid making big facial expressions & it shouldn't be too bothersome. It will go away by around day 3.I hope this info is helpful to someone out there, good luck to you all 🤗

I like this brand of threads but was sent ones that expire this month in February.

I used these threads for the submental area of my chin. Although some are saying that the thread came out, I didn't have that problem. These are mono threads which are smooth. In order to get them to engage, you need to twist the needle a few times after insertion. This will ensure that they have a chance to remove themselves from the needle. I also had no problems with them being dull.The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the white plunger that keeps the thread in place was not tightly inserted onto some of the needles. This means you would have to slide the plunger down to tighten the thread onto the needle before insertion. This runs the risk of contamination.

a great threads for a decent price. I had a total of 10in each pack for an over all total of 20 for my order.
