Review: Works! - Excellent. Non-greasy. A little goes a long way. And it's full of the coveted zinc sunscreen, much recommended by the dermatologist. Like any of the zinc-based products, this sunscreen goes on kind of thick and scares you by laying down a white film. But don't panic! You can rub it in, or if you wander away from the mirror for a few minutes and come back, you may find the warmth of your body has caused it to melt a bit and soak in. It helps to put moisturizer on first, then layer the sunscreen over that. If you're using it on your face (and you happen to be female), this strategy adds a few minutes to your make-up routine, so allow for that in the morning. If I were a man, I'm not sure I'd put this on directly after shaving...test a small amount before slathering it on. Since I've started using this, the brown spots have faded significantly and the plague of actinic keratoses seems to have stopped. **Q: Can this be worn under makeup without making you look white like a ghost?**
A: It's making you white like any 50 and more spf cream. But I put a little bit on my face and waiting 10 minutes. When it is well absorbed, I put a napkin on my face and walk along it with my hands, remove napkin from my face and then apply make-up. It turns out a very good protection from the sun and the face is not like a ghost.

**Q: Does this rub into your skin (looks invisible)  or does it still look white?**
A: It will fade quickly.as it dries a.lttle. .ten seconds.  Great product.

**Q: Is this water resistant or waterproof?**
A: The FDA no longer permits sunscreen manufacturers to label their products as "waterproof," as they say nothing is truly waterproof. These rules have been in place since 2011. https://www.fda.gov/ForConsumers/ConsumerUpdates/ucm239463.htm

**Q: Does this for uva and uvb? It only says uva**
A: Yes, it blocks both. The tube says both UVA and UVB. It also says broad spectrum, zinc-based sun screens are a physical sunscreen which is usually always UVA and UVB.

Excellent. Non-greasy. A little goes a long way. And it's full of the coveted zinc sunscreen, much recommended by the dermatologist. Like any of the zinc-based products, this sunscreen goes on kind of thick and scares you by laying down a white film. But don't panic! You can rub it in, or if you wander away from the mirror for a few minutes and come back, you may find the warmth of your body has caused it to melt a bit and soak in. It helps to put moisturizer on first, then layer the sunscreen over that. If you're using it on your face (and you happen to be female), this strategy adds a few minutes to your make-up routine, so allow for that in the morning. If I were a man, I'm not sure I'd put this on directly after shaving...test a small amount before slathering it on. Since I've started using this, the brown spots have faded significantly and the plague of actinic keratoses seems to have stopped. I really wanted to like and use this product, but I found that white cast upon applying the sunblock to my face. Yes, with rubbing, it will help make the color pale against the skin. But I still had a faint white hint on my skin. I don't have to do that every time I use this product. Perhaps if they made a tinted shade? Anyway, a still a good value, from a reputable company. I'm going back to the sunblock product with the long French name.....
