Review: TANAMINS ARE AMAZING - I have been using these for years. Saw a tiny little grey ad in the back of a Cosmo and kind of thought it was a joke, but I am very fair skinned and have a terrible time trying to get tan so I thought for $10-$15- why not? Reading that ad at the hair salon that day changed my life! Lol, but really...we go on camping trips in hot, sunny places and those few hours setting up the site, or going on a walk can be a killer in the sun. There have been times where my shoulders are blistered and purple, pop two Tanamins at bed time, and in the morning its a little pink and no longer hot to the touch. I also take one a day a few days before I know I will be in the sun and it definitely helps. Reduces my peeling completely, helps me maintain a tan (which was nearly impossible before), and is made of amino acids we need anyway. I firmly recommend Tanamins to everyone. I've probably made at least 15 of my friends believers. Don't let the hokey pic on the bottle fool you, these are great.

**Q: Do you have to be in the sun to get the tan or will the supplements help you get darker? I don't have time to lay out in the sun, I don't wanna pay a babysitter while I tan. Any feedback would be helpful**
A: It helps even if you don't have a long time , but try to be exposed to sun when you can... Wearing small clothes , letting legs and arms exposed.... The pill activates all melanin , but a little sun exposure will be great, like 15 min / day

**Q: How long do you have to tannamins before they work take tann**
A: They work perfectly if you follow the directions. 
I’m as fair as can be and these offered me a tan to be jealous of 😉. I love them

**Q: How long does one bottle normally last**
A: I think it's supposed to be a thirty day apply but I used one bottle all summer last year because  once I had my base tan I didn't really seem to need them.

**Q: are they vegan (or vegetarian)?**
A: I don’t know but they didn’t work

I like this product for a lot of reasons but just wish it worked as good not going into a tanning bed. I am pale white. Like ghostly SEE-THROUGH white. I always have been but I am also able to tan with assistance so I got a bottle of these years ago and decided to head to a tanning salon. I had been before without these and it took a very long time to get color but i did manage to get there but with these after about 4 or 5 days I had a solid base tan and was able to get darker MUCH faster with the combination of these and a tanning bed. When I use these outside in the sun naturally tanning I feel that it helps a little bit as well but just not as much. I have since stopped tanning in beds and have only tried using these out in the sun and it doesn't work as well. So if you are using these with a tanning bed these are the absolute best. Without one, it's not that great though it does help a little.
