Best shoe storage
So much better than all the other shoe racks I’ve tried! Sturdy. Good quality. Metal. Holds a lot of shoes! Easy to put together. Sits well over the door without disrupting the doors ability to open and close.

Space saver
This has been a good option for our shoe storage because it takes up less space than our previous shoe organizer. The pockets are deep enough for what our family needs and so far it seems sturdy. This was not difficult to assemble. We do need to open and close the door a little more slowly than before so the bottom of the rack doesn’t hit against the inside of the door. One thing to note: - the hooks shift a little over time which affects the door being able to close properly. When this happens I need to adjust the hooks which is a little bit of a struggle when the rack is full of shoes (yes, it would be easier if I took off all the shoes). The hooks are not aesthetically pleasing but for now solves our shoe storage issue. Would recommend.

Lots of pieces, but easy to put together
I recently got this 36-pair over-the-door shoe organizer for my husband, and while it’s definitely a good product, it doesn’t quite reach the level of greatness I was hoping for. Our spare closet is where he keeps all his off-season shoes and sneakers, and I was getting really tired of seeing them just tossed into the bottom of the closet. So, I decided it was time to find a sturdy over-the-door rack. This one caught my eye because it’s made out of metal, which seemed a bit more robust compared to some of the other options I was considering. When I first opened the box, I took a look at all the pieces, but my ADHD brain wasn’t having it that day, so I decided to put it off until later. Fast forward to today, and I finally got around to assembling it. It took me about 30 minutes, which was actually much easier than I had anticipated. I did make one silly mistake, though and I put the mesh on backwards, so I had to redo that part, which added a little extra time. But overall, I’d say it was a pretty straightforward process. Now, onto the performance. While it does serve its purpose by providing a place to store my husband’s shoes, I have to admit that it’s not quite deep enough for them. He doesn’t have particularly large feet; he wears size 8 1/2 but his sneakers still had to be squeezed in a bit. If his feet were any bigger, I think it would have been a real struggle to fit them in there. Despite this, I found the installation process to be super easy. I didn’t bother fixing it to the doors permanently; I just hung it over them, and it works just fine. I do appreciate the large size of the organizer, and it definitely does what it promises to do. So, while it’s not perfect, it’s a solid choice for keeping things a bit more organized in our closet.

Great for womens shoes
This product did exactly what I was asking from it. It hangs on the door, its white, its sturdy, it holds my shoes. Extra things I've noticed: It doesn't bang against the door when I close it It can't support my Hightop shoes unless I bend them so no taller shoes Size of shoe may matter. Im a 6.5-7 and it fits my shoes perfect. If I was any larger idk how it would go. Most likely just a decrease in how close the rack is to the items inside the closet. Because the rack sticks out AND your shoes stick out you may want to make sure you have enough room between your door and the rack + shoe

Sturdy, sleek, and space-saving—just one small flaw
This shoe rack is exactly as advertised—solid metal construction, easy to assemble, and versatile in setup. You can hang it over a door or mount it to the wall using the pre-drilled holes. I went with the over-the-door option and it’s holding up great. It fits all my shoes and boots without issue, and the upper rows are angled perfectly so shoes stay in place. The lower rows, however, aren’t angled, which makes shoes sit awkwardly and sometimes slip out. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting if you’re storing heavier or bulkier pairs. Overall, it’s a well-made, long-lasting solution for shoe storage. Just wish the bottom rows had the same smart design as the top!

Excellent Quality and very durable!
Excellent Quality and very durable. A lifesaver for storage in a studio apartment. Fits perfectly on door. Easy to assemble. Would definitely buy again.

A pain to put together
Good for holding my shoes, however I wear a size 11 women and the nets aren't great on fitting the length. It doesn't fit 36 pairs of shoes but it works well enough on my closet door and keeps most of my shoes put away and not on the floor

This is a good product. I do have some notes though…
If you are considering getting this product, you should totally buy it. I looked at hundreds of knock-off brands with weird names that have products like this, but the same price and crappier. This is a really high-quality product for a really great price. I would expect to see this kind of thing at a Target. Very sturdy, very well made. I also like that they have a patent on this design, because to me that shows that they are trying to provide a high-quality item, not just sell junk. That being said, here is why I give it 4 stars: 1. The instructions aren’t as effective as they could be. I would suggest to the Whitmor team that they test a group of consumers and monitor them as they put the rack together. Sliding the mesh over all the poles at once just is not really feasible. You should definitely slide the mesh over the poles and THEN screw them in. Other instruction thoughts: - Assembly time: it took me 45 minutes to assemble completely. - Complicated: I was briefly overwhelmed at first with all the labels on the bags, trying to find A, B, C, and D. The first step had way too many instructions at once. I would suggest a step-by-step assembly video (QR code on the instructions). 2. No-go for high tops. I assumed my boots would have to go on the top shelf, but as you can see, my Jordans (and not pictured, my heels) didn’t fit upright and were way too big for the slots. I had to stuff them sideways, which meant less room. This is partly because of the angled way you slide shoes in—it just doesn’t work for anything besides very low-topped shoes. 3. Cover photo shows that you can fit 3 pairs nicely in one row. This is totally false. I wear Women’s size 8, and two pairs plus a single shoe was the most I could get in one row. Overall, really great product. Just a few pieces of feedback I would give the creators. I think they have a great thing going though, and I would recommend this product to anyone. (New product ideas for this brand: - same shelf, freestanding (not in a cart, but tall and thin) - same shelf, area with one larger gap for boots and high tops)
