I have been using these headsets since 2 weeks, awesome mic noise cancellation. Sound quality is superb with deep base and crystal clear voice and highs. Bit pricy but go for it without thinking if you get around 20K.

My employer from the US recommended these headsets for me. Since I work with teams and needed a high-quality headset with noise cancellation, I decided to make the purchase. I was a bit skeptical due to the lack of reviews in India, but I went ahead with it. The parcel arrived in good quality packaging, and the headset's build quality is excellent also the weight is light. The performanc and durability of the headset exceeded my expectations. It was the best 19k I've spent. I also had an excellent customer service experience with Amazon and Appario retail.

Writing this review after using this product extensively. Received Nicely packed , sealed product with Headset. Charging stand which we can keep the headphone on it to charge and the USB C cable should be connected to wall charger (does not come with charger) or laptop or power bank . A small cloth bag. USB Type C Bluetooth adaptor. USB C to USB C cable. Warranty cards and user guides. My experience with this headsets are 1. Mic Noise cancellation works amazingly well. My daughter accidently played a song at very high volume in the hall TV while I was in a CISCO webex video call and in the meeting, no one heard anything. 2. Surprised!!! - I was able to charge and talk . I used my personal USB 3 cable connected from my laptop to headset (USB C) . Continued to charge the headset and talk simultaneously. 3. Active Noise cancellation (surrounding noise when we wear the headset) seems to be working decently well. I was not able to hear the neighbors dog which was barking outside and no one heard in the meeting as well. I was able to hear the dog sound only after removing the headset. Another interesting part is no one heard me typing in my mechanical keyboard and no one heard my small heater blower fan noise. 4. Battery charge seems to be very awesome. Paired my Phone and Laptop and I have been using them for the last 18 hours and still have 30% juice in HD voice mode. 5. I have not explored the software options using the Poly application in my personal laptop. I saw few reviews with many options to try. Need to do check that later. In a nut shell 23.7K Rupees spent on this may be a bit higher side however it is absolutely worth it as per me.

Update: The headset stopped working just before 2years, ie warranty expiry. Poly promptly sent a replacement. Process was smooth. But the replacement stopped working in about 1 year. Since it was out of original warranty no further action. So, I think this product is too expensive to be usable for only 2-3 years. You can get many other headsets of comparable quality in 5-7k range which. Original review: This is my second Poly product in 3 years, so you may call me a Poly fan. However, I wasn't exactly delighted with this second purchase. First one was voyager focus which served exceedingly well and led me to this purchase. What's great: 1. Noise cancelling mic. Class leading as they are, does exactly what you expect from a business headphone. Best in class (mic) noise cancellation every time. Not a single complaint from anyone on sound quality while I see so many struggling to get them heard. 2. battery life - I am a light user uses an hour a day. It lasts 2 weeks on single charge. Takes around 1-2 hr to full charge. I don't really care how long it takes to charge as its something done while I'm not using. 3. Smooth switch between phone and laptop. 4. comfortable, looks sturdy. head adjustment band has nice numbered slots for adjustments. What's not so great- 1. Sidetone is irritating even at lowest level. Fan wind noise is captured when I'm close to wind. I never faced this with Voyager focus. I asked Poly support, but they won't do anything. 2. Battery - I get around 18 hrs talktime, the app shows same as well. Don't go by Poly advertisement of 24 hr talktime (or 48hr music time). 3. They provide a cheap silk bag to store headphone and USB dongle. A cushioned bag would be a nice gesture towards customer. Nevertheless you can buy hard cover bag aftermarket. 4. Not a cons, but remember this has no ANC, no wear sensor. Conclusion: I researched a bit for a reliable headphone for office calls, and it fits the bill even though terribly overpriced. The price doesn't justify the quality but honestly you won't find a wireless headphone with reliable mic between 2K and 20K range. Probably someone someday will tap this market.

I am using this headphone from last 2 years and totally satisfied with the performance. I am using this daily. Clear sound and Bluetooth range is decent. Value for money.

This headset is one the best I have bought in many years for work, I am a remote worker and am constantly on conference calls, this headset makes it a breeze. It is very comfortable and the battery back up really good. The clarity of both voice and music is amazing, to my surprise it even has a little bit of a bass! All in all a good buy though the price is a bit steep. I don’t think the docking station is needed, you don’t have to recharge the headset frequently so save some money and go for the version without the docking station

The headset is costly. It could be cheaper. But it delivers what it promises. It really does good noise cancellation. Build quality is okay. Voice quality is very good. People whom I speak to tell me that my voice is very crisp and sharp. Overall, happy with the buy

Not the best for sure, not very uncomfortable, squeeze your head / ears you can pend the metal part with your hand it will be less annoying

Ich bin jemand, der beim Tragen eines Headsets, sehr gerne noch ein wenig von seiner Umgebung mitbekommt. Daher habe ich mich für dieses auf den Ohren aufliegende Headset entschieden. Ich habe auch schon andere ausprobiert. Bei den meisten war aber das Mikrofon nicht das, was ich erwartet habe. Bei diesem Headset ist das anders. Das Mikrofon ist richtig gut, meine Sprache schön deutlich und es hat einen gut zu erreichenden, kleinen Mute-Knopf direkt am Mikrofonarm. Das finde ich sehr praktisch. Der Sound ist auch sehr gut und klar. Sowohl die Stimmen von Gesprächspartnern als auch die Musik meines Rechners kommen sehr gut rüber. Und das, obwohl die Lautsprecher ja "nur" auf meinen Ohren aufliegen. Das Headset sitzt auch gut und stabil. Das Ladegerät, auf das man das Headset einfach aufsteckt ist auch sehr gut und praktisch. Und der Akku hält auch lange durch. Ich kann also den ganzen Tag mit dem Headset arbeiten und muss mir keine Sorgen machen, dass mir der Strom ausgeht. Sehr praktisch finde ich auch den Dongle, mit dem ich das Headset mit meinem Rechner verbunden habe. Der ist schön klein aber auch praktisch. Wenn das Headset verbunden ist, leuchtet eine kleine blaue Leuchte (Was ist das? - Blaues Licht. - Und was macht es? - Es leuchtet blau.) und wenn man das Mikro mutet, leuchtet ein kleine Leuchte in rot. Erst dachte ich, das ist total banane. Aber mittlerweile finde ich diese kleine aber feine Funktion richtig praktisch. Tldr: Ein tolles Headset, das ich gerne empfehle und mir immer wieder holen würde.

These headphones are really great for work. I researched on a bunch of models, and this one is by far the best in this range. The price could have been a bit less, but nonetheless the sound quality as well as the battery is amazing.

Excelente producto

I use this on and off throughout the day for work calls on both a Windows laptop and Apple Mac. It was easy to set up on both machines - connecting via Bluetooth on both. It's comfortable to use for long Teams calls and the sound quality is great. Battery life is good too, although I usually keep it docked on the charging base when not in use so it's always fully charged. It's a bit more expensive than some of the alternatives, however having used a few cheaper versions previously this one is well worth the money. It's better made and more comfortable than others I have used.
