Bang for your buck!
To start, the taste is like black licorice, which makes it pretty bad at first, but bearable and almost enjoyable after a few uses. What I like: No Jitters, lots of energy, great protein source, and I have had some pretty surprising gains in strength. WHY IT IS NOT 5 STARS: The price and the taste.OVERALL: A unique and effective product, that is costly, but ultimately worth it. If you can get past the taste and are looking for natural pre-workout that gets you what you want (better performance) then it is a buy. If you don't care if it is natural, I would still try it, since it is surprisingly effective.

Natural AND Effective
The Posha Green energizer mix raises my vitality at the gym in a very 'clean' feeling way. There is nothing else I've found that is all natural, gives the boost I'm expecting, and doesn't give me jitters the way a GNC product might do. The taste is pleasant, but adding bananas or something like that may work better for some people. It's not excessively sweet and you should not want that in a health product anyway. Their proprietary herb blend is something you won't find anywhere else.

I picked up a bag at the Boston VegFest a couple of weeks ago, I love that it is not sweet because that means I can control the sweetness with whatever sweetener I like,..medjool dates, banana, or any kind of sweetener...sometimes nothing...depending on what I'm in the mood for. The mix is great not just for pre workout, but in place of morning coffee, or any time. It also has a high iron content which is a huge plus.

CANT SAY ENOUGH about how much love, compassion, caring, knowledge and thought goes into this companies decision of every aspect of each product...........Kindness is the GREATEST Strength! i enjoy the taste(such great spices), mixes great and feel the boost more than any other pre powder that i have tried
