Makes me feel good again!
I am 72. I have been tired for a very long time - years- but thought it was because of age. My chiro told me to take a tablespoon of this 3 times a day, for 3 days. Then go to one tablespoon a day. This is day 4 and I really feel good, I'm not tired and I'm thinking of starting an exercise program. I put this in standard process chocolate or vanilla protein shake and blend well with handheld blender. It's not bad especially if you keep in mind all the benefits you are getting. I will continue to take this as long as it's available!

Helps with Post-Workout Pain
Anti-inflammatory. When I do this, along with an anti-inflammatory drink I make myself, I rarely feel any pain after a serious workout! And I am 75 years old!

I could not take it
I dont even know if it works. I took a tsp and 1 l water and it was so dense I could not drink it. Tastes and feels awful
