I've been using this biotin thickening spray for a week now and I'm obsessed with it! My hair feels so much fuller, like actual volume without any of the normal sticky or heavy feeling. I can still run my fingers through my hair without them getting stuck. Also, the smell is amazing! It's a fresh smell but not over powering. It only takes two seconds to use and now it's just an easy part to my routine. 10/10 would recommend if you want your hair to feel less flat and thin.

I was relieved that this has a nice light scent that did not linger, so it won't clash if you are a perfume-wearer. I also find the spray to be lightweight and it paired well with heat protectant spray which I always use before blow drying. That was important because if I skip the heat protectant my hair feels dry with really frizzy ends. This leaves my hair soft and gives it a lift - it definitely did not weigh it down. I try to wash my hair every other day and even on Day 2 my hair has body to it. I focus on the hairline area that frames my face, where my hair has gotten a lot thinner since I passed 50. I definitely recommend this.

I’ve been really happy with this spray so far. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and gives my hair noticeably more volume without making it feel heavy or sticky. My hair looks fuller after styling, especially around the roots. I also like that it contains biotin and caffeine. I can’t speak to long-term growth yet, but for making my hair look thicker and fuller, it does a great job.
