These are great for squatting deeper and i have tried these for doing push ups and they are absolutely brilliant. They keep your wrist in a much better position. I use these neoprene dumbell grips which is just a small rectangle piece of neoprene. It gives a better hand grip when place on the wedges and makes push ups at lot more effective.

After following kneesovertoesguy for a little while, I needed to get these wedges to be able to do the exercises he recommended. There are many similar items online but I didn't want to spend too much so I went for these: they're light and solid but I think they could do with some rubber feet to ensure they won't move on the floor when exercising with them. I used them on an old wooden floor which isn't particularly slippery so it wasn't a big deal but I feel that on tiles that can become an issue. Other than that, I'm glad I bought them.

An incredibly useful addition to any home gym or training routine. Adds a near infinite about of variability to the current standard gym movements (squats, deadlifts, lunges), as well as specific slant movements for ankle and foot strength and mobility.Grip well, can combine sizes to get a varity of angles to progress movements as you need, would work well with the 'knees over toes guy' methods.May be a bit big for a gym bag.

Used it for a calf stretch, atg split squats, goblet squats, the lot. Its sturdy and doesn't move when using it, being able to stack them up is also a bonus because you can change the depth to really sink into it

I didn’t notice. There are only three. So actually if you want full incline you need two sets. Which then gets ridiculously expensive.

Have placed this in a prominent t place and come and stand on it several times a day. I can really feel the tension in my muscles releasing after a minute or so.

Funktionieren bestens,aber bei höchstem Winkel ruscht man doch ein wenig.Dem kann man entgegen wirken,indem man die nackten Füße leicht befeuchtet oder mit der Ferse (oderZehe) leicht noch auf dem Fußboden bleibt oder man hat vielleicht ein paar Sportschuhe,die eine rutschfeste Untersohle haben,dann gehts .Das Material ist fest und rutscht auf dem Teppich nicht weg.Die Qualität ist überzeugend.Der Hersteller ist in Deutschland und der Preis hat gepaßt.Vielleicht brauche ich noch ein zweites Set,mal sehen.Also,man kann nix falsch machen,sie erfüllen ihren Zweck die Füße und die Waden zu dehnen .👍
