ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! ONLY ZAHLERS
I cannot say enough amazing things about Zahler’s prenatal vitamins 🤍 As a mama, finding something you can truly trust is everything and these have exceeded all my expectations. They’re incredibly reliable, made with high-quality ingredients, and give me real peace of mind knowing I’m supporting both my health and my baby’s development. One of my favorite things is that they’re kosher, which is so important to me, and it’s not always easy to find prenatals that meet that standard and perform this well. They’re gentle on my stomach, easy to take, and I’ve felt a noticeable difference in my overall energy and well-being. Your hair will grow so healthy and long!! I’ve been taking them since before pregnancy and I can proudly say my hair has grown more than 6 inches in 9 months and became the most healthiest and strongest I’ve ever had my hair in years!!!!!!! Absolutely amazing productIf you’re pregnant or planning, I 1000% recommend Zahler’s prenatals. Truly a must-have for any mama who wants the best 🤍

A Must-Have Prenatal for Expecting Moms!
I took the Zahler Prenatal Vitamin with DHA and Folate throughout my pregnancy, and I was very happy with the results.Pros:• Comprehensive Nutrient Profile: This vitamin includes all the essential nutrients needed to support both mom and baby, including 300mg of DHA and methylated folate, which is more bioavailable than folic acid.• Gentle on the Stomach: I experienced no nausea or stomach discomfort, which is a common issue with other prenatal vitamins.• Easy to Swallow: The softgel capsules are a manageable size and go down smoothly.• High-Quality Ingredients: I appreciate that it’s made with high-quality, non-GMO ingredients and is certified kosher.Cons:• Packaging: It’s packaged in a foil pop-out wrapper inside a box rather than a tradition bottle. This isn’t an issue. I just don’t prefer it.Overall, I highly recommend the Zahler Prenatal Vitamin with DHA and Folate to any expecting mother looking for a reliable and gentle prenatal supplement.

Great Prenatal Vitamins!I'm really happy with these prenatal vitamins!I've been taking them daily during my pregnancy and feel great. The formula is well-balanced — it includes everything I need: folic acid, iron, DHA, and other essential nutrients. The pills are easy to swallow, have no unpleasant aftertaste, and most importantly, they don't make me feel nauseous like some other brands do. My hair and nails feel stronger, my skin looks clearer, and my lab results are all normal.I'm so glad I chose this product - excellent quality at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend it to other moms-to-be!

Easy-to-Swallow Prenatal with Quality Ingredients
Updated 8/31/2021: On my 2nd pregnancy and die-hard sticking with this tried-and-true prenatal. I had a smooth, fairly easy pregnancy with my first and credit a lot of the lack of morning sickness and both my and baby's overall healthiness to this prenatal (no actual data to support this claim!). So far with #2, all has been well and I'm feeling great!---------------------------------------------------I love this prenatal vitamin! Before I started taking Zahler, I was taking a different, lower-cost prenatal vitamin + DHA vitamin while trying to conceive that was a huge tablet that was hard to swallow (I can't imagine swallowing that one while pregnant and nauseous). Once I got pregnant, I switched over to Zahler due to its high-quality ingredients and natural folate. I researched and compared several brands of prenatal vitamins' list of ingredients against the recommended prenatal ingredients & dosage per ingredient, and this was the top pick, especially when compared against price.I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant and have had an extremely smooth 1st trimester, no morning sickness, and very little other negative symptoms. Not sure if this is due to Zahler prenatal vitamin, but I'm sure it's only helped! I did try another prenatal that my OB suggested for a week and it left me constipated and mildly nauseous, so I immediately switched back. Since the pills are medium-sized and well-constructed softgel, they are extremely easy to swallow. The only drawbacks are that it does have a very slight fishy taste when you first put it in your mouth, but take a sip of water and swallow it quickly (don't worry, no fishy burps or anything afterward). Also, it's 2 tablets a day, taken at different times, but I've read that it's also easier on the body to absorb the vitamins when not taken in large doses. All in all, I couldn't be more satisfied with this prenatal vitamin and will continue to take throughout rest of pregnancy and postpartum period!

Great prenatal vitamin but needs better coating
Zahler was recommended by a RN family member who gave birth to a healthy baby boy a couple of years ago. I'm a little over 4 months along and have been using Zahler for most of my pregnancy. I love the thought and care that's been put into the ingredients and how easy it is to take.Be sure not to accidentally break the pill open as it does have a strong fishy aroma that can spread. My levels have been looking good, especially in the DHA and folate department, due to both good nutrition and taking Zahler consistently. I usually take it in the mornings with my breakfast and it hasn't made me feel bloated or nauseous like some other prenatal pills I've tried. I definitely recommend this to all my moms-to-be out there!Update: While I still love the benefits of these vitamins, I’ve been finding that the newer formula for the softer coating is causing leaks to happen inside the packaging. The pictures show leaks from a brand new, unopened and gently handled pack. I love fish! But the odor from the broken pills is just too pungent for me and leaves a lasting taste in my mouth. It’d be great if the coating could go back to the original formula.

Kosher OU
One of the most important things for me was finding a prenatal vitamin that is kosher, and this one has the OU certification.I tried a few other prenatal vitamins before, and they would leave a really bad taste in my mouth after taking them, it made me feel like I wanted to throw up. I don’t have that problem at all with this one.The pills may look a little big at first, but they’re actually very easy to swallow, and I’ve had no problem taking them. So far, I’m very happy with this prenatal and would definitely recommend it!

I took prenatal pills from another brand that worked fine.. but having multiples is an ENTIRELY different ...
When my husband and I found out that we were expecting twins, we were floored to say the least! With my first pregnancy, I took prenatal pills from another brand that worked fine.. but having multiples is an ENTIRELY different ball game. I knew I had to find premium prenatal pills that were not only high quality, but had enough folate/folic acid in them to support the growth of two babies (recommended 1,000 mcg). Also, it was extremely important to me that the pills also contained DHA which is crucial in the development of both babies' brain, eyes, and nervous system. I scoured the web for prenatal pills that fit the bill but didn't find anything until I stumbled upon Zahler Prenatal + DHA. This was the only brand that had enough folate/folic acid in it where I didn't need to take another pill specifically for that purpose. One additional thing that stood out about these pills was that they contained Chromium Picolinate, which helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels within the body. I don't think I've seen this with other pills before. This is extremely helpful for some women who're more prone to developing gestational diabetes during their pregnancy as this can lead to further complications during development and after birth for both baby and mother: excessive birth weight (complications with delivery), early/preterm birth, respiratory issues, hypoglycemia, Type 2 diabetes later in life (baby), and pre-eclampsia and diabetes later in life (mother). All of this sounds so scary and having some Chromium Picolinate in the pills offers us some peace of mind. Also, these pills don't make me feel sick after taking them which is a major plus! I know of several people who've taken other brands and have complained about feeling sick. Not with these!Lastly, I've noticed that my skin has cleared up as I tend to suffer from adult hormonal acne breakouts every month or so. Since taking these pills, I haven't had a large one and I've noticed that my skin just looks much better! If you're on the market for prenatal pills - whether or not you need as much folate as I do - these pills are working wonderfully for me and I've been taking them for almost three months now. I just bought a 3 month pack to take advantage of the small discount when buying in bulk since I plan to take these for my entire twin pregnancy. They're that great!

Prenatal - no nausea
I’ve used these leading up to my pregnancy, during pregnancy, and now while breastfeeding. The softgels are easy to take and **big win** they don’t make me nauseous, even on an empty stomach. That alone makes them stand out compared to a lot of other prenatal vitamins I’ve tried.I also appreciate that they use folate instead of synthetic folic acid, and that the formula includes DHA and iron so I don’t have to juggle multiple supplements. Everything’s in one pill (or two for a daily dose), which keeps things simple. The vitamins seem high quality, with no weird aftertaste or fishy smell (just don't break the outer shell). The size of the softgel is manageable, and I’ve had zero issues with digestion. I’ve noticed my energy levels have been steady and my postpartum hair loss was relatively minimal. Not sure if that's related to the vitamins, but I’ll take it.If you’re looking for a well-rounded prenatal that’s gentle on your stomach and covers all the essentials, these are a solid choice. I’ll keep using them as long as I’m nursing, TTC, or pregnant.

I had a very weird smell
My daughter said they were really stinky and tasted weird.

Do not buy these. They have retinol palmitate in them which can cause birth detects. No option to get a refund so $50 goes in the garage.
