This massager is so good. I had some horrible shoulder pain and this tool was perfect for helping relieve it. It really gets into those tight areas and lets you control the pressure exactly where you need it. I even let my friends try it, and they loved it so much they ordered their own. Such a simple but incredibly effective tool. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with muscle tension or trigger points.

I've played around with several products like this before from different brands you'd see at Dick's Sporting Goods and the like. They all seemed like nice-haves to me, but because they were flimsy when I pulled on those are to reach places on my back, I didn't feel like spending the $20+ on them in years past. Until I slept wrong earlier in the week, I woke up with a stiff neck! The older I get, the more I find these sort of set-backs as just that. Set-backs. So I saw the reviews on this mentioning that the material seemed sturdy and then saw some folks who didn't think so. That was my main hang-up. I went ahead and ordered and to my surprise, relieved that it was overnighted and arrived by next day like it said it would! (Not usually the case these days) You have to click it together, but it hardly seemed like a problem. It also comes with a manuel on all the different ways you can use it to massage your entire body from your neck, shoulders, hip, arms, legs and even feet! My aunt tried it and was surprised with the little nubs on the big hook that does a wonderful job in the neck area. I attached a video so folks can get an idea of the material. I found it to be rather sturdy and it hardly flexes the way many other similarly priced products would. Super important for me since I LOVE to really work my trigger points. Was so happy with the product and the rush service that my aunt asked me to get one for her too! I've been enjoying this while working from home, taking the time to massage those awful knots out of my neck and shoulders. Definitely recommend!

Excellent for staying ahead of tight muscles while travelling or away from your massage therapist. Super handy at home to massage and knead out knots. Great product!

I bought one of these and when it arrived I was a little disappointed with the built quality. It felt a tiny bit cheap and the fit does wobble a little bit. It basically comes as two separate plastic pieces that you have to clip together in order to make one massager. If the clipping mechanism were different, I think I would feel differently about the product. With that said, I’m able to massage myself quite well. I use it mainly to massage my shoulders, shoulder blades and lower back, and I’m able to do it pretty easily. I am a little concerned with the massager suddenly separating on me while I’m pressing hard, to be honest, but so far it hasn’t happened yet! The plastic does bend a tiny bit while I’m using it, but thankfully I don’t get the sensation as if it’s about to snap in half or anything. Overall, I’m not that excited with the built quality, but I am happy with the performance and that I’m able to massage my back. If you’re thinking about buying this, I don’t think you’ll be very disappointed but I do recommend you look at other comparable products that are not shipped as two separate pieces. Or maybe look for one that’s made out of wood or aluminum.

This tool works so much better than I even expected. I get muscle knots on my shoulder blades and this tool works so well to get rid of them. It also works great for neck, back, and even foot massage. It is sturdy and made of heavy duty plastic. I highly recommend this product if you have any sort of muscle knots.

This is a great massage cane, but I will start with the thing I wish I'd done: I ordered the "B. Black" variant - but I had considered the "Detachable Black" variant since it was the same price, came with an orange removable massage ball, had more ridge bumps on the flat portion of the cane, and could be connected in an S-shape or a C-shape. However, I was worried that it might not be sturdy enough for my husband to use since the 2 pieces click together in the middle. So I ordered the standard "B. Black" variant, expecting it to be one piece. But it's not - it also clicks together in the middle. Now that I've received it, it is VERY STURDY and I am not worried at all that my husband might snap it while using it...so I wish I'd gotten the "Detachable Black" version. I think I misunderstood the intent of the descriptor "detachable" to mean the cane would come in 2 pieces, but since all the canes come in 2 pieces, I think they mean for it to refer to the orange detachable ball. Only the pictures for the "Detachable Black" showed the cane separated into 2 pieces, but now that I know what I'm looking at, I can see the clip and join spot on the other variants in the pictures, they just never show it apart. It's a bonus if you want to pack it for a trip or something, although I will say you need to be REALLY strong to unclip it. Maybe the "Detachable Black" one is easier to separate. Also, while the canes has 2 pieces, it can ONLY be connected in an S-shape, unlike the "Detachable Black" version. So just FYI. For the cane itself -- the plastic is very thick, hard & sturdy. The ball/nubs are not rubberized or soft, they are the same hard plastic. I don't find this to be a negative, but if you're using it for a rubbing motion across bare skin, it may cause some friction. For example, I have used the nub on the straight part of cane by dragging it up and down the length of my quad - with leggings no problem, but if I'm wearing shorts and doing that on bare skin it's less comfortable. Especially for the neck nubs, you may want to flip up the collar on your shirt or drape a thin towel or scarf over your neck first. The main advantage of this cane is the wide arc at the top. I tried and returned other products with a smaller arc because my 3XL husband could not fit them around his chest & shoulder to reach between his shoulder blades, but this cane fits great. It also works great for me, even though I'm smaller. The neck nubs are great for running up and down the back your neck and base of skull - really relieves tension. I have plantar fasciitis and find the small curve great for the bottom of the foot, and the large curve to hook over your shoulder and reach between the shoulder blades is excellent (what I was really looking for). It does come with an info sheet showing a few ways to hold it for different trigger points. Overall a really great massage cane!

Why there's no 6 stars here? This device help me to massage my back like no other. I don't need a lacrosse ball anymore and do strange moves against a wall. It also reaches specific areas due to a smaller size of the point. 10/5

I am beyond thrilled with the quality and effectiveness of this tool. When I read some of the lower reviews, I was expecting a product made with a cheaper plastic, but IT IS EXCELLENT!! Incredibly sturdy and works very well. The nodes get deep in there with little effort, it feels so darn good getting these knots out that I can’t reach by myself or push hard enough on my own. Also comes with a helpful manual of where and how to use it. I am truly shocked with how great this product is. I am now planning to buy one for my parents, brother, and friends as a Christmas stocking stuffer.

Not bad or great. It does flex a bit when using it on my trapezius muscles. The knobs at the ends could benefit from being larger as the small size can be too pin point when applying pressure and I like a fair amount of pressure for deep tissue muscle tension release.

It is a sturdy tool that allows you to apply significant pressure on your trigger points. However, the product's finish makes it a bit difficult to rub on your skin as easily as you would expect. It is recommended to use it over your clothes to achieve better results. Overall, it is a versatile and high-quality product.

I love this shepherds hook. The powder coating makes it less slippery in my hand. It's design to address multiple pressure points is really beneficial. My only problem with it is the packaging. My neighbours had some raised eyebrows... Might want to order it gift wrapped so they don't get the wrong idea (photo attached).
