So we have had this for 5 years and was a bit sceptical when we bought it but back then it was £20 (now 29) and I thought if it didn't last at least it wouldn't be much money to lose.We have used it a lot, each of us (mum dad and two sons) have all crashed it into a tree. It has had stuff thrown at it to knock it out and even been picked up and run off with by a dog in the park. It's really robust, you can't land it, it will crash but that's fine. It comes with spare propellers but we haven't had to use them yet. Getting stuck in a tree is definetly the most likely disaster to happen. It can get easily blown off course by light wind so going somewhere open with few trees is good. And also learning to be quick to realise when to kill the power so it comes down, and doesn't plough into a tree! Once you've got that sorted you'll have tons of fun flying it

I want a refund, the controller stopped working and it flew away, it was only 20m away from me and the batteries were max. There was nothing wrong with it, but the controller didn't work. Company please contact me.

This is a fantastic product, excellent quality and has provided hours of fun for myself and my son! I really didn’t expect much when I placed the order but this product has exceeded all expectations, great service throughout form the seller.

After seeing response that it is OK for the plane to fail after two uses, I checked the advert again which says that it is ideal for Beginners. This is hardly ideal for beginners if it breaks after two uses. It also says it is robust. Seller refuses a refund.

Had a few problems understanding charging instructions, but that said plane reliably controlled and my son has a lot of fun flying it!
