Just received this mop today. I was so excited to try it, I know, who is excited about mopping the floor? Anyway, when I unpacked it I was disappointed at first & thought to myself this looks like a plastic piece of junk. Then I decided to give it a try. I wasn't sure how it worked since the instructions are poorly written. I finally figured it out & it works just as I had hoped. It mopped all the floors, it was easy & the floors look so clean. I love that it's not big & bulky like the other spin mops I've seen; and the cute eyes make me smile. Very happy with purchase.

Extremely poor instructions. I got it out, read the halted-English (very bad English) instructions, which left much to be desired. I assembled the mop OK, but when using in the tub I couldn't get it to easily connect so that it would spin when 'churning with the handle'. At one point I had gotten it to spin and was ready to pull the mop out and as I was doing that, then contraption let it fall back into the water. I gave up, not mopping the floor with it at all - just cleaned it up and sent it back.

I liked it very much
I liked it very much, the look is great, the mechanism is great, it does not take up much space ... but the quality of the side fasteners is not resistant. worked for a year and then broke the side.

He is a cute thing and works. Butt and a big but at that , it's goofy to use. Instructions were like broken English. Partial, scarce. It does good work after you ve tried and conquered.

It is terrible, and a waste of money
It arrive with no instructions.We figured it out somewhat. It is terrible,and a waste of money.It didn't wring the mop out like the spin mop, It is so heavy when full of water I couldn't carry it.When you spin the mop it dosn't get enough water out of the mop and leaves a residue behind. I have a large house and only one room of carpet. another problem when you spin the mop it is hard to get out of the top of the unit. I think that design is to keep water from flying out as it spins I am getting another spin mop It works better. Sending this one back.
