Been taking these for a couple months now and they've become a solid part of my daily routine. Like that they use whole food-based ingredients instead of a bunch of synthetic fillers. One capsule a day keeps it simple — easy to remember, easy on the stomach. No weird aftertaste either. Good option if you want a no-nonsense multivitamin without a laundry list of junk you can't pronounce.

Other vitamins made me jittery and gave me headaches. Was advised to try the naturelo brand. They don't have synthetic vitamins, minerals, added sugars or caffiene and are made with real food and not lab grown ingredients like most other vitamins. They work very well and have noticed a difference since starting them about a month ago. I was so impressed with them, my Wife switched from another popular brands sugar laden gummy vitamins to naturelo as well.

My go to vitamin. Taken it consistently has helped my body tremendously.

I must say I’m shocked. - I haven’t had stomach cramps while taking these with oatmeal and water in the morning. No weird side effects at all. - My energy and mental clarity has definitely increased usually I find myself wanting to take a nap on my lunch break at work or once I get home however that is no longer a thing!! Which is big improvement and exactly what I was looking for. - the things I need to get done is actually getting done. You see I use to make a list and try to do everything that week however either my brain takes over and says not today tomorrow and then tomorrow becomes the weekend yeah I no longer do that and I can say after 2 weeks of taking this there has been so much improvement atleast for me. - Skin, Nails, Hair - no improvement but only a few weeks into this daily vitamin. I’m sure eventually this will improve as well? Maybe not but I’m mainly impressed with how I found something to keep me alert, ready to conquer the day. Cons: the taste is pretty tart (the smell of the vitamin) needs improvement idk why they smell bad atleast it doesn’t taste like anything if you eat and chug water! Side note: it’s not like a huge energy booster it’s more of an alertness and readiness feeling. I don’t know how to describe it’s a very nice feeling to feel what others call normal. Hope this helps some of you decide if this daily vitamin is for you. I normally don’t write reviews but couldn’t help myself with this review.
