Can use as lubricant?

No. I would not use this as a lubricant.

can I add this to bathwater?

In my opinion I would not add it to water. It clearly states it’s a massage oil. I don’t think it would have any benefits in water.

Is this water based? Does it stain?

No where on the packaging does it say water based, so I’d have to say no. I have not noticed any staining when using this oil. Hope this helps you.

Is this highly scented? Or is there a lot of fragrance in the product?

I don’t really notice much of a scent at all.
