Best way to add calcium for the bones.

I've been having SEVERE insomnia due to serious life stresses and consequent anxiety. Even OTC sleep aids weren't working. I had to get a RX, which I wasn't happy about. My therapist told me about pearl powder, and after research, I settled on this brand. I finally can sleep! I've been using this for almost a month. I haven't noticed any difference in my skin, but I didn't buy it for that. I will be buying more to help me sleep.

I have tried other pearl powder. Dragon Herbs is the only one I can see a difference with. My skin looks better. My energy is more alert but calm at the same time. I also put a few capsules in my homemade toothpaste. Love it!

I just started the routine. Can't determine if it's working or not. Have been trying this for about 2 weeks but I don't see any different. Probably another piece of crap being sold on Amazon. Just be aware before you buy.

J ai aimé et j aimerait bien essayer les autres produits de ron teeguarden et dragon herbs je l utilisé comme supplément et dans plusieurs produits pour le Corps je comprends que c est pas la même chose pour tout le monde mais moi j ai vue une grosse différence merci Ron j espère avoir les moyens pour en essayer d autres

Didn’t do anything for me

It does seem to be helping hyperpigmentation. I dont see changes in firmness or tone, but Im not finished bottle. I do love that it helps me stay asleep, which is a miracle for me! Natural drowsiness...no foggy, spaced out feeling G's when I wake up. Insomniacs, I highly recommend! I take max dosage about half hour before I go to bed. Will report back if noticeable changes in my skin. I'm 49. Not sure what I should expect. I dont have deep wrinkles. Lines and crows feet when I smile. I don't mind those at all! I don't want to look 25. I want to look healthy.
