Caplets are easier to swallow. This is good for bone health, rest, etc. I take 1-3 daily; it depends on what I have eaten. I try to eat my nutrients, but we all need supplements in some area. Nature's Bounty is a great brand, and it was a very good price.

Found this combination each part of which Is essential for good absorption of each part...really boosts and maintains strong bones/joints/nervous system/myelin sheaths/immune system...highly recommended. And I’ve used a lot of different brands including shaklee which is also excellent and solgar. This is up there with them both. I also liked the attention to package detail.
