Not polished, but has brushed surface
disappointed. Bought to match other polished items (chrome) in bathroom. However this is more like brushed steel. I haven't opened the packaging as I plan to return. Looks nice. Not very heavy. comes with 2 screws and plugs per hook, and had I wanted brushed steel, I would have been pleased!

Brushed chrome not shiny silver as advertised. Do not match the toilet roll holder and towel hook I bought from the same manufacturer despite the photos being identical. Not impressed

These were perfect for what I needed while I'm upgrading my master bathroom and very easy to install. They seem to hold up really well and they're very sturdy from me attempting to pull at them to ensure they were secure. Would highly recommend for a very modern look.

Seems ok
I specifically wanted stainless steel but this thing looks like chrome. Its in the shower, so we'll see. Very easy to install and I only used one screw to hold a shower caddy.
