Crisps
Quite nice crisps, in my opinion, full of flavour but I find the texture a bit hard. Decent value for 40g packets at the price I purchasd them.

Bit inconsistent, but when done right, they're magic.
The quality control is hit-or-miss; every few orders, I'm binning about 1/3 per bag, as they're burned and/or awful tasting/looking. CS email gets bounced back, even though it's printed on the bag. That said, when Quality Assurance is in play, they are heavenly. I don't fancy crisps, *especially* salt and vinegar. Ick. Got these as some sort of Ocado offer to try, pre-Covid. I've been absolutely hooked since. They've gone through phases of not being salty, too thick (chips, not crisps), burned, rotten potatoes (the centre of the crisp is completely brown *barfs*) etc. But when they're thin, light (nearly see-through), salty enough ( only quality sea-salt), with that absolutely smashing vinegar...they are unmatched. Brilliant.

Delicious and moreish. Keeps me longing for more. My local pubs do not sell pipers anymore and have to resort to BYOC. Solid purchase.

Meine Waage verflucht immer noch den Tag, wo ich diese Chips endeckt habe. Vor einigen Jahren gabs diese Marke mal bei Käfer - probiert und voll drauf hängen geblieben. Jetzt kann man diese Chips leider nur noch über Amazon kaufen. Piper direkt vertreibt nur in UK - sehr schade. Zu den Chips selber: Diese haben meiner Meinung nach einfach den besten Essig Geschmack und glaubt mir, ich habe sie ALLE probiert. Nicht zu sauer, nicht zu wenig oder zuviel. Dazu schön kross, I love it.
