These gummies personally did nothing for me. I got them and took one to try them out.I felt nothing. So I thought maybe I needed to take them for a while before I felt any effect. I took them every night for a month before bed and never seemed to get any sort of result. They may work for other people. But as for me, it was no good. The taste isn't terrible but the aftertaste is the worst part. However, it's not It's so bad that you can't stand it.

Need a little boost? I didn't think they were working at first. I decided to try 2 instead of just one. Didn't take long at all and much, much better. Taste is good, price is great, now if they will keep them stocked and don't go away like every other good thing I have found!
