These gummies personally did nothing for me. I got them and took one to try them out.I felt nothing. So I thought maybe I needed to take them for a while before I felt any effect. I took them every night for a month before bed and never seemed to get any sort of result. They may work for other people. But as for me, it was no good. The taste isn't terrible but the aftertaste is the worst part. However, it's not It's so bad that you can't stand it.

Just got mine today, I have taken one honestly I was a bit fatigued but within an hour time period I found myself more alert. I’m gonna say it works but I’m most definitely gonna give it some time to give an update. Taste very good so that’s always a plus as well but I’m satisfied.

I'd heard lions mane was popular in Britain. I've suffered with brain fog for years, every day was a struggle to get organized and chores done. Bought these yummy gummies, been taking them for a month, my mother-in-law asked if I noticed any difference. Great product, tastes great, smells good. It just has this aftertaste that I don’t really like. Otherwise, it’s a lovely product.

Noticed a difference after taking it for 4-5 days . I had finished maternity leave and was unable to focus when I went back to work . These helped alot but you have to take them consistently .
